I have ordered 3 mini splits from Parker Davis and have been very pleased with the quality of the equipment I have received from them. I am even more impressed with their customer service however. With the third system we ordered some damage took place in-transit and getting a replacement wall unit was quick and easy. I have also had to replace circuit boards due to lightning strikes and found their customer service reps are both knowledgeable of the products they sell and easy to work with. I highly recommend them for mini split systems.

Update 4/13 they reached out and said they would help resolve this issue, they sent out parts and we will run diagnostic mon monday then I will update this again.

ZERO SUPPORT, 2 YEAR OLD UNITS OVER COOLING ONE DAY, NOT COOLING THE NEXT DAY.

I bought a Pioneer mini split system and one small part was left out of the shipment. Just a simple email to Laura Torres and the problem was solved. She made sure the part was sent out the next day and stayed in email contact with me each day until it arrived. She has answered every question I've had and I find her, and her company, to be top-notch! Thanks again, Laura!

I have installed a Pioneer 2 ton mini split unit and I thought I have vacuum the system. So, I opened the hex ports on the unit and nothing changed. I still had a vacuum reading on my gauge. Therefore, I thought that the unit was not pre-charged. The next thing I did was to call the tech service line. Nelson, the service personal was very helpful. He stepped me through a procedure to identify the problem. We found it. The vacuum hose did not open the shredder valve. Therefore, I did not vacuum the system and the system was charged with Freon. I learned a valuable lesson from him and he is sending a bottle of Freon to recharge the unit. Now that is what I call customer service. Thanks for the time to help me to get the job done right.

I purchased a pioneer minis split and was having trouble with the installation. I contacted their support folks and the response was immediate and the diagnosis was right on. Sean was great and after following provided instructions the issue was resolved, the system installed correctly and works perfectly.

I had a great experience with this company. I ordered products anticipating delays due to covid and supply chain issues. Luckily we had no such issues and the product arrived a week later. The company was very communicative. My units won't be installed for a few weeks until we're actually ready for them.

The only reason for 4 stars is they advertise so many of their products as a DIY yet the poor guy that delivered my order told me they weren't supposed to deliver up driveways. Not a huge deal overall for us as the delivery guy was incredibly nice and helpful. It would've just been easier for both parties if we had more information prior to delivery so arrangements could have been made. Overall though I had a great experience and have already recommended the company to other people. Thanks!

I love Pioneer mini splits! They have been amazing , I've bought two so far and they are running strong. I had an issue with a broken part and customer service replaced it for me quickly and with no extra charge.

I purchase some refrigerant and called to verify what pressures I should expect my Pioneer mini-split to produce under prevailing temperature conditions. The conditions were off the provided chart. I got the information necessary to add the required charge to my unit and it now works great. The purchased product was good but the support made all the difference.

This business isn't even deserving of a one star review. Be prepared to wait, wait, wait, call, call, call A LONG TIME. It's been 3 weeks and I still don't have my unit. Imagine working for Sylvane, FedEx and Parker Davis without being on their payroll because that is exactly what you'll be doing. They don't answer emails, if you call you talk to so called management that doesn't keep their promise, follow thru or have any kind of accountability. One hopeless entity that is for sure. Take a look at how my initial order was delivered.
