First Class Operation! The technical folks worked with me to define the problem, the man I spoke with in the parts department asked enough questions to insure I ordered the right part, the picking and shipping people got it on its way within a day, and USPS delivered our new fan motor about three days later. E-mails kept me informed of the status of the order throughout the process. I can't think of any improvement.

I've had the minisplits installed for less than week. Cannot get the wifi or this error code to go away. I've called 5x during this week. I've been told 5 different times that someone will call me back or send me an email about the wifi setup process as the manuals set up process does not work. NOBODY HAS CALLED ME BACK. Horrible customer support base. Im finding this out only 1 week in and it has me very worried.. someone please help me so I can delete this review

Update 10/7/22 They eventually helped me out and solved my issues but am leaving the review as 3 due to the time it took to be resolved also the time.i wasted being on hold, being misinformed, and told several times I would be called back which I never was.

Simple easy website to navigate with good tools to educate the uneducated on mini's. Shipping was fast with no issues. Instruction manual, so far, has been incredibly helpful and well written. A 4 star is the best I give, since we can always strive to do better, but this online purchase so far has been very good.

horrible customer experience. they charge your credit card and don't ship out for over 2 weeks. mini split arrived damaged. one of the boxes was crunched pretty good, but hidden by the shrink wrap. I call in and email, sending pics of the damaged unit. they send another. and I'm thinking this will be ok. second shipment shows up a week later, and they shipped the outside unit instead of the inside unit. this is after numerous email and phone calls. now it's been a month and I have 3 large boxes cluttering up my garage and no AC in the middle of Texas summer. I purchased one of these from high seer, a little over a year ago and it didn't even last a year. spend your money elsewhere.

The Line Cover set was received quickly and is very high quality. The reason for leaving one star off the review is that the straight channels are very hard to put together and even harder to separate. The top pieces are close to 3/4" narrower than the bottom peace so a lot of force is needed to compress the bottom piece while sliding the two pieces together. It certainly will not pop off as some reviews of similar pieces from other manufacturers claimed.

Purchased two 12000 BTU Pioneer mini-splits for a bedroom and a small living space in January of 2017. Had them professionally installed per manufacturer instructions. Within 8 months, the board on the living room unit failed. It was replaced under warranty. Shortly afterward, the fan motor on the inside unit failed. Then, the board on the second unit failed. The living room unit has now stopped working again, and the fan motor on the bedroom unit is beginning to screech like the other did before failing. Poor craftsmanship all around. Great customer service from Parker Davis.

Great products and exceptional support through the process. Items were delivered in a reasonable timeframe and handled with care by the delivery team. Installation instructions and manuals were easy to follow. Many thanks to Sean G from the support team who was quick to answer all of my questions through the process, even answered after hours questions on a Friday night! Myself and my family are now enjoying comfortable temperatures while summer is at it's most hot and humid! Highly recommend this company.

As with our past purchases...all went well. We now own 4 new mini splits all purchased via Parker Davis.
