Pilar Services does amazing work. They service a community I manage with 88 townhouses. Everything from capacitors to coil cleans they do it all. Their service is like no other. They really make me feel like family when they come out. I highly recommend them!!

My ac broke, and I called one company to check it out and was told that it was too old to fix & I was left without ac for almost a week during the process. A friend recommended Pilar Services & when I called, they came the next day to check it out and measured everything. They replaced my old unit with a brand new one at a responsible price and fast! My A/C broke in my penthouse in Aventura and I called Pilar as they had done work for a friend. They went out same day determined I needed to replace unit and lent me some temporary indoor units. Next day they showed up with new unit and job was done. Since then I’ve been using them for our office building.
