Very professional start to finish. Helpful website; good phone messaging, prompt response. Very knowledgeable "field manager. Did thorough inspection, asked right questions. I wasn't planning on committing that day or ever but I realized the value in replacing my 35 year old rigid ducts. Install went great _ terrific team. First inspection revealed that 2 vents needed to be switched which was done on the spot. Final, official inspection date had to be rescheduled due to my work. They took care of it same day as request. Couldn't be happier!!!

The AC Guy scheduled the estimate and the installation of the AC. They were on time for all appointments and very professional while at our property. I appreciate that they had access to equipment within 2 days, while many other AC companies takes over a week for a new system. They delivered a quality product at the right price. The employees have been considerate and competent. Estimates for a future purchase have been quite detailed yet clear, when compared to other companies. PS: After gathering estimates for a new unit from a half dozen competing companies, we chose AC Guys. They provided duct work and extra exhaust fans, changed grill work, etc. all very efficiently. I watched their work from start to finish. The AC Guy team was considerate, congenial and well informed. They cleaned up after themselves very well, too. We are happy with the new, advanced Franklin unit we had installed. Best warranty out there. Also have a 25% energy savings guarantee!

The A/C Guy Tampa Bay rocks, from the supervisor, Daniel, to their Installation guys, Tanner, Austin, and Jacinto, as well as their technician Nathan! Jordan, in the office, has been a tremendous help as well. They came out the same day I called to assess the problem of no a/c, made sure my old unit would limp on until the new one could be installed 4 days later, and have followed up to make sure everything was done correctly. The install went smoothly, they respected my property and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. Start to finish, they have been an A++ company to work with. I had such a great result with A/C Guy many years ago that I decided to go with a new HVAC system from them again. Best install technicians I've ever seen. Highly recommend A/C Guy.

I do not think words can express how far above expectations this company performs. ASK FOR DANIEL! Same day service and since covid pretty much affects everything now (including A/C parts availability), he drove back to their warehouse late on a Friday night to get a portable window A/C unit to hold us over until they could replace our unit. But then there's more! We were fine with the portable unit until they could fit us into our schedule to install a new unit. DANIEL kept trying to find a replacement blower unit (over the weekend mind you) and he did! I even told him to not worry about it because we were fine with the portable unit. But he was determined to get our existing unit up and running. So, he comes out on Monday to fix our dead A/C unit to hold us over until Thursday when our new A/C was scheduled to be replaced. UNBELIEVEABLE! When I say I have never experienced service like this, I totally mean it. From any company! Daniel and the entire AC Guys of Tampa Bay team are so far over and above what one would expect. You will not be disappointed.

I returned from work and noticed that my AC wasn’t working. I called around 5:15 and the AC Guy had Antonio come out the same night and got my AC working again. I’m super thankful! Antonio was great and very professional!

I called The A/C Guy @ 0805 this Monday morning, 23 Aug, 2021. I called because my A/C stopped blowing cold air overnight. So, calling on a Monday morning I expected the worst, as far as waiting time to getting service. I talked to Jordan the phone scheduler/dispatcher, she was extremely nice, competent, and professional, kudos Jordan! After describing my A/C issue to her she said she would call me back to schedule my service, she calls back in less than 5 min. to tell me that their Tech Daniel will be at my house between 1100-1300, that was music to our ears as the inside air temp in the house was already 82 deg. I get a call from Daniel at 1020 or so to ask me if he could come early, oh hell yeah I replied. Daniel shows up at 1025, diagnosed the problem to be the start capacitor for the compressor, installs it, completes system check, compressor now works and cold air blows once again! In closing, this was an all around great experience, something that is not often found in the A/C repair business, I give my highest recommendations and praise to "The A/C Guy". Thanks for the great service!

A/C Guy of Tampa was priced lower than other competitors we had quote us. They were quick to respond to calls/emails with questions about the install process and quote. The installers were very courteous and cleaned up after themselves. They worked till the late evening to be sure we had A/C for both our upstairs and downstairs with the new system. I would definitely recommend them.
