I had a wonderful experience with the A/C Guy of Tampa Bay. Mitchell was the Tech that came out. He was pleasant, on time and completely transparent. I needed a new unit. And although they are on the higher end (not the most expensive), you get what you pay for.

I was provided portable A/C's for free. And within 2 days of my A/C Breakdown, my new A/C was installed. It was a difficult job, but Mitch and Ben were responsive, professional, quiet, and finished the job within 8 hrs (including a rain delay!).

I couldn't be more satisfied with this company and will recommend them to all my friends, family, and neighbors. Thank you so much A/C Guy of Tampa Bay!

Nathan was great! He called in the morning and they were able to get us in first thing in the morning for the repair!! Nathan stayed until the system was working! The maintenance plan is well worth the cost!

I wanted a 1.5 ton mini split installed in my living room. They quoted me $5900 without the electrical. The unit only costs $1900. That is robbery. Their prices are astronomical.

The technician was supposed to arrive between 8am and 9am and called and gave me the precise time which was between 8 & 9. He did his work and then asked me if I was interested in an ultraviolet system and explained to me how that works. Since my house was built in 73 and the ducts were half a century old I thought it was a good idea to have that installed. I am satisfied.

Since having a new HVAC system installed by The AC Guy of Tampa Bay 2 1/2 years ago, I have found the air handler leaking at least 3 separate times in different places.
Looking back at my electric bills, the first time costed me at least $1800 air conditioning my attic!!
The following incidents added up to another $900 just in increased bills!!
I was in tears the first time I discovered cold air blowing out of the lifted tape and called the salesman who said our relationship would be like a marriage after I paid a few "pretty pennies" for the system... he NEVER returned my calls and messages!
