The A/C Guy of Tampa has been my vendor of choice for the past 5 years and we are always extremely satisfied. Their office staff is very responsive and there team of technicians are very courteous and helpful. Daniel is especially great!

A/C Guy of Tampa Bay replace my old A/C a few years ago. They come out every 6 months for free maintenance check. This time, they found the motor was not working correctly in the attic. They replaced it under warranty! What a blessing! All of the service men are so personable, professional, clean, and very knowledgeable. They are the only A/C Guy I will ever need.

We moved into this property about three years ago and since the unit was replaced by this company in 2010 I decided to continue with them. We have been very pleased with their professionalism and service we pay 11.00 per month to cover six month service calls . We had one issue with a relay and the Teck wasn’t sure what he was dealing with and he thought it was the compressor. Upon further diagnosis it was just a shorted relay. But I had called the owner because the unit was just out of Warranty but he had the records researched and assured me compressor would be covered if it came to that. They are honest and professional I recommend them !

The A/C Guys were professional, and prompt. It was good to receive an email with a picture of the people who would be doing the work. After completing the job, they scheduled a follow up appointment to check the system. They adjusted some things and saved us more money on our electric bill. We are very happy and have peace of mind knowing that we are breathing clean air.

This company is very good with communication and clarity. They do a thorough job of inspecting the system once it is installed to make sure they did it right. Unit is working perfectly. Nate with AC guy is does a great job.

Ben was great! He called to say he could arrive several hours ahead of my scheduled time, which is major when you are without air conditioning in July! I had a supremely challenging AC situation that 3 other companies refused to take on. In September's sweltering heat, The AC Guy of Tampa solved the situation with incredible alacrity and honesty. The team of technicians who worked in my home were friendly, respectful and incredibly hard working. I highly recommend this company to everyone in need of AC service, major or minor. Highly recommend A/C Guy. They have serviced our equipment for years and have always been so punctual and professional. They recently replaced our aged A/C unit. Their estimate was detailed and very competitive. The installers were friendly and efficient. Another great experience!

I had a new air handler installed less than a month ago; my condenser was installed in 2015. Everything worked great, then I woke to no air this morning. I called at 7AM and there was a person to answer my call - Amber very nice and professional. I received a follow up call to arrange for a tech to come out. Nate (very nice and professional) came and ran some diagnostics and called for a specialist. Drew came out despite that it was after 6PM he was able to diagnose the problem - faulty wire on the condenser and promptly restored my air. Kudos to all for your professionalism and customer service!
