I would like to thank the AC Guy of Tampa Bay from Antonio to Austin and his team for the great work they did for me. Everyone was very competent at their job, all very caring and so polite. It was a pleasure doing business with all of you. Thank you again and to the pleasure of seeing you for taking care of my new ac.

We knew it was time to replace our 19 year old A/C unit, but the A/C Guys still offered some repair options. After deciding on a new unit, they were here for the install within 2 days. Super friendly & professional! At the end of the install, one of the techs heard my son talking about the garbage man not picking up our palm clippings that morning. He loaded them into his truck to dispose of for us!! That is definitely the definition of “above & beyond”! Highly recommend!!!

We have a unit that was put in by the AC GUY in 2019, they have already replaced the outside unit and now the blower motor. I am the new home owner so I pay labor, not parts. My blower went out, they came out, checked said i need a blower. They wanted to charge me $2000 for labor. He said he would give me a discount and the price would be $1575. I asked why, he said someone has to order it, the have to store it on the shelves, he has to put it in, there are alot of other costs that go into just putting in the part. I said I'm, not paying for the part, i'm paying to put the part in which took less then 1 hour. Then he goes into the sales pitch, if you were on the vip plan you could save. I called Eskimo A/C, he did it for his standard rate of $575, warrantied the part, i was up an hour blowing cold air.
You may think this is a one time thing. However, The AC guy did a yearly on my unit a few months ago, the UV light was out, he told me it would be $1235 to replace the unit because mine was old and they didn't make it any more. Did he ever think maybe, just like the light fixture in the house, CHANGE THE BULB. I replaced the bulb off of amazon for $14.
I do not trust service techs very much, they seem to have become sales people. Integrity I believe has been lost in business these days, they are just out to make a buck no matter how they screw the customer. Do a good job, charge a competitive rate and you get loyal customer who call back, but i will never recommend The AC Guy to anyone.

He did a great job and fixed our AC and was prompt, friendly. We would recommend your business to our friends.

Highly recommend this company! I booked them initially to clean the vent of my dryer. Antonio came out to my home at the end of his work day for that one job. He did such a great job and spoke to me about their VIP maintenance program. I was interested and asked if we could do it today. Without hesitation or 1 complaint he added on the service at 6pm. What a wonderful experience! Antonio is highly versed and certainly knows what he is doing!

The crew showed up on the scheduled time. They were very professional and the whole system was installed in less than 5 hours including complete cleanup. At the end the lead technician explained what had been done and how to operate the thermostat. I can highly recommend this company.

My service man was terrific. He was knowledgeable, professional and hard working. I would recommend this man to any and all people in need of a good honest and professional repaire service company.

When the AC stopped working, I contacted a couple of AC companies but were not able to provide service within the next couple of days. I heard of AC Guy via MySpirit FM 90.5 at 11:00pm. I immediately chatted with them online and scheduled the service for the following day before noon. They were a literally a Godsend!!!!

What a wonderful, first rate, top notch group of people! Austin & Antonio are punctual, talented, courteous, friendly, efficient & thorough. They made sure they understood what I wanted & got the job done perfectly. And they cleaned up beautifully! Jordan is patient, kind, compassionate and made me feel heard. It’s obvious that this local, family business really cares about their customers. They all made me feel like family. I highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs!
