Nate & Sons a small, locally owned family business and former military vets just installed a new Lennox HVAC system all in one day. I found them to be very professional, prompt, hardworking and trustworthy. So trustworthy we had even left the house for awhile leaving our cat behind.

They took the time to explain any questions or concerns I had before the new system was installed. I found their pricing to be very fair and reasonable compared to multiple price quotes from other companies.

We will definitely be using Nate & Sons for annual check-ups and won’t hesitate to recommend them to my neighbors.

I can't even begin to write words that can express how great this company has been to us. They've truly gone above and beyond to replace our system. Gerald has been absolutely amazing. He explained everything he was doing and answered any questions. His work ethic is strong and the quality fantastic. Nate was just as great to us. They worked miracles for my home. I'm beyond thankful. I will refer friends and family without a doubt. They've got lifelong customers out of us.

Based on all the 5 star reviews, I decided to use Nate & Sons for this year's annual check-up of my home's HVAC system. I'm happy to add my 5 star review to the list and won't hesitate to recommend him to my neighbors.

Nate was prompt, friendly, took the time to explain what he was checking and why, and charged a very fair price with no attempt to pad the bill by adding unnecessary replacement parts or labor charges. He will definitely be getting all of my HVAC maintenance work and when the time comes that the unit needs to be replaced, this will be the company I'll use.

I also like that this is a small, locally owned family business of the type which I try to patronize whenever possible.

I have depended on Nate for several years now and he always exceeds my expectations. They installed a new A/C unit -2 years ago and it immediately cut my electric bill in half. Honest, fast, friendly service at very reasonable prices.. I recommend his company to everyone I know.

Nate is a friendly and outstanding ac repairman. He gave fast, expert service at an affordable rate. He also took the time to explain things he was doing and answered all of my questions. I would recommend him to anybody and I will always use him in the future.

I’m a very needy client when it comes to air conditioning. Nate and sons have come through twice now on very specific and demanding jobs. Can’t recommend them enough.

Had work on our hvac done in December which was warranted for 12 months but now they won’t return to check into an issue with the system. After several calls and email exchanges, 12 days later and we still haven’t even been scheduled for service…

I too thought Nate and Gerald were a 5 star team. Work was fast, needs met and Gerald said He would get me a ‘REPORT’ on all that was done and photos of previous company’s poor and shoddy workmanship. After several calls and promises for the 5 mo nothing came. This irresponsible ‘service after the sale’ has made me skeptical of their work and statement Of what is needed going forward. I’m 69yo and can’t climb up in the go check on there work. All this leaves doubts. Sorry this has been a wet blanket. Get any reports promised efore you pay them.

They responded quickly, came on a friday when i know they were already booked out, showed up in a timely fashion, fixed my problem quickly and didn't charge me ridiculous numbers. And when i called back for another question he offered to come back. These are my new go-to people i highly recommend them
