Broward Factory Service

I have had Broward FS for years, but the outstanding service and professionalism demonstrated by the phenomenal AC team of Cameron and Carlos last week was beyond measure! They took the bad situation of needing to have my unit and ducts replaced and turned it into a positive experience! Truly a superb team and pleasure to have servicing my home!!!

Cameron and Carlos did an amazing job installing a new AC and ducts. They went above and beyond what I expected. Awesome job guys! You both deserve a raise.

We have had a Broward Factory Service contract for a while and really appreciated Robert and Cameron for their prompt and efficient response to our AC drain line clog and replacement!! They Both were very informative, reliable and very professional in their service. I can highly recommend them to anyone who needs any home warranty service!!

Oh where do I begin? First off needed a new unit as the duct work wasn't installed properly, mold grew inside the unit so been breathing that in. Tried several times for them to come out for routine maintenance and ladies in the office said they don't come out for that, only if there is a issue yet every other company has routine maintenance checks every 6 months. I feel if they did proper maintenance as any company should and does besides Broward then I wouldn't have needed a new A/C unit as the one I previously had wasn't that old to begin with. I feel because their lack of maintenance causing me to spend thousands on a new one they should be responsible for paying for my new system.

Called them regarding an elderly friend’s contract and service She has been with them for over 15 years and referred a lot of business to them. For the past year they have been out at least 5 times to fix her central AC which is now quite old. They kept telling her that it will be “better “ each time and it isn’t, It runs constantly but can’t get down to 77 degrees. Some days it gets up into the 80s •. She has 3 dehumidifiers that run constantly to jeep the humidity down because the AC doesn’t work. The last time they came out they added coolant to it and charged her when the contract covers this. At this point the unit still doesn’t work and they want to come out and look for a “leak” that wasn’t detected 6 weeks ago when they last came out.
We both tried to talk with Ryan to no avail He was belligerent and kept telling lie after lie.
This business is a major rip off. STAY AWAY!!!

Your representative Robert was very friendly and gave me a clear explanation of everything that he was doing in his inspection of our air conditioner. He showed me one of the tubes that was clogged up and would have created more serious problems with the air conditioner. Also he gave me information regarding their service plan. I have used Broward Factory Service for 18 years now . If any appliance, air conditioning, water heater, goes out of service, all I have to do is call & they come out normally within 24 hours. They come, fix whatever is broken & leave with no other costs to me except for my yearly contract. They are all professional & courteous, especially Peter. He is great and always fixes whatever is broken. He is a great asset to the company. I wish all of my repairs went as well as they do with Broward.
