Broward Factory Service

I have contracted with this firm for HVAC and appliance repair for about 10 years. The idea is simple - for an annual fee they come to your home anytime something breaks and fix it. Usually the next day, sometimes the same day. No trip charge, no deductible they just fix it. I recommend them to my friends.

I have used Broward for many years. It's comforting to know I can call with a problem & receive immediate results. They have serviced many of my appliances as well as my heating/AC. They replaced my AC a few years ago & I've had no problems. I do the yearly AC inspection. I recommended them to my daughter who lives in Bradenton, Florida, & she now has them in her location.

The annual AC maintenance was recently done by Jason. I was happy with the fast and professional quality of service, and he answered all my questions. Chris and Jim have also done great work in the past. BFS helped fix a tricky kitchen problem a few years ago. Michelle in the office is very helpful and responsive, and patiently answers all my questions. Keep up the good work!

I have used Broward in Jacksonville for years and my parents used them for years before that. We have always been satisfied with their service and responsiveness. They have worked on the AC, dishwasher, water heater, and dryer in my home.
