Our AC went out overnight on one of the hottest days of the year. It was also a holiday weekend so we were panicked about who we could get out to fix it. Rick was incredible to work with from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, and came out day of to get it fixed. The pricing was very fair and we are super satisfied with our experience. We highly recommend Rick with Advanced Cooling Systems and will be passing along his card to our friends & neighbors.

Our three ac/heating units were all installed and maintained by ACS. One of the units blew out and given the age we opted to replace it. We are outside of their service area, but since they installed the unit before the change to the service area they still honor thier work. Service Tech Brandon takes pride in his work and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect when he leaves.
