Jack Joyner’s people are professional, knowledgeable, and actually take the time to do the job right. They don’t just repair your HVAC or install a completely new system, they want to make you a customer for life. Their pricing is competitive, but your experience before, during and after the sale is what will cause you to call them the next time. Had a new Trane system installed in Aug 2022. I can’t say enough about the system or the techs that installed it. The job was completed in 4 hours. The 2 techs showed up on time, were very courteous and didn’t leave a speck of dirt anywhere. The quote I was given was exactly the price on the finished product. The system is working great and I noticed a decrease in my electrical bill. GREAT JOB to all involved. I would highly recommend Jack Joyner Heating and Air Conditioning.

I had 2Trane systems replaced 3and 3.5 tons. The price was fair, given the Trane’s products are expensive! I’m so pleased with their service. To start Bobby the service supervisor assessed what’s needed to replace both units in my house. He was very knowledgable and spent a fair amount of time evaluating what we need and explaining it to me. Chris the sale manager was great, responsive and his advises was sound based on good knowledge supplemented by good documentations and links. Ian, Charles, and a third one I forgot his , the Technicians, were very knowledgeable and professionalname; and their assistants Tim and Angel were great did a great job replacing the two systems and left the place very clean. I can’t thank them enough. I wrote the review the same day they finished to be sure that they get enough credit for their good work. Thanks you all. I have used Jack Joyner Co. in the past for maintenance and repairs and I will continue to use them again in the future. I would definitely highly recommend them to others.

This was never a company that tries to push sales Like i've come to find some other companies to do they encourage their technicians to do honest work and find the problem and give options i'm sure They still do the same to this day

JJ is an exceptional company. Responsive, courteous, and most importantly, trustworthy. Qualities hard to find these days. They came to my rescue on the Friday of a holiday weekend and replaced my entire HVAC system in my condo. Saved our lives and did so at a reasonably fair price. They have a customer for life. Last fall we had to have our AC unit and all our duct work replaced. Jack Joyner's crew did a great job. They were always professional and on time. It was an expensive job due to the sheer scope but we felt their prices were fair and the job was done quickly.
