Honest Company! Never have felt like I was being sold something unnecessary. I am scheduled with the same maintenance technician each time if possible. I’ve been a customer for ten years.

They installed 2 generators for me and when I call for service, they are here in a timely fashion. Never had a problem with them at all. Love them!

I contacted Jack Joyner A/C for A/C replacement since they had done the last replacement in 1996. Visited by Sales Consultant, Bob Tipton, at 10 AM on 8/7. He surveyed work , unit and location (6th floor condo) and said he would have to contact a crane operator and get back to me. Heard nothing for a week so called office on morning of 8/14 and left message asking for return call and update on their proposal. Heard nothing back by Monday so called Tipton's Cell and requested return call with status of their proposal. today is 8/21/2015 @11AM and have not heard back from Joyner/Tipton with a proposal, or letting me know that they are not interested in bidding on the job. Very disappointed in their treatment of a potential customer and have given the job to another, more responsive, contractor

I’ve been using jack Joyner for the last 5 years. They have been providing me with excellent service throughout. I would not use anyone else.

I use them to service my Standby Generator. And would recommend them to anyone. Very good price and workmanship !

They service my AC semi annual they arrive on time and they do a detailed inspection and leave me a report, On one occasion I called them last summer because I had no AC they responded in less than 1hr found bad capacitor. I definitely recommend this company
