We love the A/C Guy! They take such good care of us! We got a new system with them along with some duct work done about 2 years ago. We were very impressed with Daniel! He really knows so much about the A/C business and he is very conscientious with all of his work. He helped us to figure out problems with our drain line and when he shows up for maintenance, we know our unit will be clean and free of debris. If anything comes up, when we call them they are right here and ready to help. Great company and good people!

Daniel Ficca came out to our house and showed me exactly what I needed. I trust Daniel. He is a long time friend of the family. I highly recommend doing business with this company

I have used The A/C Guy of Tampa Bay for years now - first when I had my condo in Dunedin and now my house in Clearwater. Originally, it was the owner who serviced my A/C unit so I was a little nervous when it wasn't him. However, each service tech who has come to my residence over the years has been knowledgeable and competent, and got the job done right. I highly recommend this company.

Steve was excellent! He found things such as the fact that there was no surge protector, that was not included when we purchased, at an exorbitant cost, our high efficiency heat pump. He also found that the 3 new vents that they convinced us needed to be installed, did not include the necessary replacement filters. Sadly, our opinion has changed a bit from our initial feedback

The AC Guy of Tampa Bay is the best air conditioning company in the area. Daniel is very professional and provides great customer service. The technicians are knowledgeable and did a great job cleaning up after installing the ac. Like the idea of an email with the time of arrival and the thank you note after the job is completed.

My a/c at my house went out this morning. Called The A/C Guy of Tampa Bay and Daniel was promptly at my house, diagnosed the problem, gave me a couple of options, and just like that! My a/c was repaired and is working again! Prompt service. I am a VIP Member and highly recommend the A/C Guy. I found out about them two years ago. I called over 20 a/c companies to get a quote to replace an a/c unit at my rental unit. The A/C Guy was by far, the most professional. They listened to my concerns. Price on new a/c unit for rental unit was comparable and I believe of a higher quality. I did extensive research before hand. Now, I am a customer for life! Great Job! Just by luck Daniel F from -The A/C Guy (a more appropriate name “SUPER A/C Guy”) was servicing a neighboring unit. I was desperate and he came to our rescue on a Saturday without an appointment or contract. Our AC was not getting cold. I was so pleased by the knowledge and customer service I received from Daniel F. Our problem has not been resolved yet but Daniel took so much time explaining our options and educating me regarding the working of the A/C system. He went above and beyond unlike the company who installed our AC unit and was going to leave us for 3 days without air. That will be another review with 0 stars. I feel confident we will resolve the disaster that the other company created and misdiagnosed the problem 2x. I do not usually write reviews but now realize how important it is to check out review prior to calling a company for service. I would highly recommend, The A/c Guy of Tampa if all their representatives are as knowledgeable as Daniel F. Thank you!!

I switched to the A/C Guy of Tampa Bay to maintenance my AC unit because their repair costs & labor rates are very reasonable compared to most other AC companies out there. Ben installed a UV light for my system & I was very impressed with his knowledge & how helpful he was in the process. Would highly recommend this company!
