Excellent experience from the first phone call to the office to get information about pricing and response time for a repair. Office personnel were very professional and informative. Service man was amazing. He was friendly, courteous and fast. Diagnosis and repair in about 30 minutes. Pricing was more than fair. I would highly recommend this company. 5 stars.

This company used to be excellent for installation and maintenance, but over the years it grew and the owner, Gregg, became less involved with the work. After some bad service issues and uncompetitive quotes for new equipment, I am moving to another company. Sorry to see the quality go down at this firm.

I called with an urgent request, the staff at A/C were responsive, knowledgeable and understanding. They immediately came to my home, diagnosed the problem and they ordered the parts, made the repair, and restored normalcy.

This company provides Outstanding Service. Their VIP program really makes things VERY affordable. Repairs are also Excellent Pricing.

I completely believe in being an informed consumer. I had a repair technician, from another company, come out and quote me 3000 to repair my 7 year old ac. Basically meaning I should get a new one for that money. He sent the "comfort specialist" out and he quoted me 10,000 for a new AC install for my 975 Sq ft condo unit. I told them I needed more quotes to make my decision. My 3rd quote was from the AC Guy of Tampa Bay, Daniel walked in and immediately asked if anyone had suggested fixing or was it all talk of new AC I said yes they said they could fix for 3000 or 2000 from another guy. He said can I take a look? He did and fixed my AC in 30 mins for under 500 bucks. I was ready to throw at least 5000 at a new AC and all I needed was an honest person to clean it! I will be referring this company. I will be using them in the future when I need a new AC! I think this type of integrity speaks for itself. Daniel is awesome and AC Guy of Tampa Bay has my business

These guys are great! My family have known the owner for decades, and Nathan has been extremely helpful with our super-old unit's issues and is helping us squeeze some more life out before we have them do a new install in the near future.

Absolutely top notch service! We had a 16 seer Franklin/Goodman AC system installed several weeks ago. The owner Greg is a man of integrity, and the install crew were pleasant and efficient. This is a family business and everyone from the office girls to the crew are helpful, friendly and accommodating! Deserve more than 5 stars!
Follow up - 9/20/21- have maintenance plan-$14 month - just had first follow up maintenance checkup 6 months after complete service.
On time professional and thorough.
