Pinellas Comfort Systems

We called Pinellas Comfort Systems when our AC finally died a few years back. We had them come out and replace everything. They were great at troubleshooting the issues we raised and were cognizant of the price to make sure it was still affordable for our family. They gave us multiple options, had the replacement done in a day, and have maintained communication since the installation to keep up with our warranty. Not only that but we’ve had to call for service a couple times since our installation, they always get the issues solved quickly, they teach us about our system so we don’t have these problems again, and they are always friendly and professional while working with us. We truly feel valued and like part of the Pinellas Comfort Systems family. We highly recommend Pinellas Comfort Systems!

The experience from start to finish (new AC System install) was superb. The Salesman (Ryan) was very professional and responded quickly to all my questions along the way. The installers (Alec and Tom) were top notch, explaining everything as the install progressed. They went above and beyond what I was expecting (moved the thermostat to better location, replaced drain piping, and more!). And the new system is working great. I have all the proper paperwork and feel very well taken care of. Highly recommend!

Always fantastic service with PCS!

Laurie kept us up to date with the scheduling of our new unit installation due to manufacturing difficulties and made us a priority when all parts were received.

Larry was prompt, sending us a text message saying he was on the way and then proceeded with the installation which went smoothly.

After showing us the new handler and condenser, he walked us through setting up the new thermostat and filter system replacement.

Larry left the work areas nice and tidy, no debris left behind at all.

We definitely recommend PCS for your AC needs and ask for Larry, he is an excellent technician and a really nice guy!

After many issues came up during our service, Tom came out on a Saturday and completely fixed it all. My family and I are extremely pleased with the professionalism he showed and are 100% happy with the outcome. We would recommend PCS to friends and family if they ever need AC work done in their own hones.

Received very good service from all the people here-everyone from the initial phone call, to initial visit, to estimate visit, to install. Everyone was professional, courteous, and pleasant to deal with. The install guys were great! They worked out in the heat for hours, did a great job, and were nice to deal with! We've had an annual service agreement with Pinellas Comfort Systems for nine years and these guys kept our 2006 A/C running like a champ! We finally decided to get a new unit and start to finish these guys were fantastic! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ For Jeff (sales) and the 3 installers AJ, Tom and Nick! We bought and had installed a new system and were truly impressed with the professionalism and knowledgeability of the crew. They were courteous and hard working. They put in just under a 12-hour day and cleaned up after themselves. We are thrilled with the outcome!

We really enjoyed working with Leland, our technician. He was on time and very professional. He listened to our questions and concerns, then set about addressing them.
We really appreciated how he broke down the different issues and described possible courses of action.
Also, he didn’t leave a mess unlike some other HVAC companies we’ve used.

I got a new HVAC system installed today(7/15/2019) by Zack and Larry. They arrived on time, were courteous and professional. They slaved away in my hot garage for hours and the end result is my house is once again cool and comfortable. They were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They were helpful in helping me understand the new system since my prior system was 20 years old; I now have this fancy, high tech thermostat that they walked me through.

In the end, I'm glad I made the call and would recommend their services to any of my fellow Pinellas County residents seeking AC service. It was a pleasant experience and a job well done by Zack and Larry.
