Ray installed a new UV light bulb. Arrived right on time and as always, fast, efficient and always great to work with. A pleasure to do business with this company and their technicians.

David came today to do my A/C maintenance. Very efficient, explained everything well, and very pleasant to work with.
I have used Pinellas Comfort Systems for many years now, and have always been extremely satisfied with the service and with the people who work for them.

Pinellas Comfort Systems was communicative and timely. David walked me through the options and sent detailed pictures so I was up to date on what was going on with my unit, even though I was not there with him.

Justin A. was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly! Diagnosis and repairs were done in a timely manner. Arrival times were communicated well and they showed up first thing in the morning when they said they would! Thank you Justin and Pinellas Comfort Systems for 'being cool'!

I have been using PCS for a few years now and have always been very pleased with their service. They are on time and very professional. Their service techs are very polite and thorough. Ray has helped us the past 2 times and has been great. On top of that, they keep our A/C running in top condition. Highly recommend PCS!

This company is fine..but it is a Trane A/C..and I will never have another trane..
Too many costly repairs that can't be avoided...
My last A/C I had for 14 years and NEVER had these repairs needed..
This company is always prompt to handle issues and I got the preventative maintenance plan again...
I DO recommend this company..but stay away from Trane...

Awesome service! Their technician David was very polite and courteous. He was also very professional once he got here he assessed the situation and went right to work. Shortly afterwards he went over what was the cause of the problem in great detail. Soon afterwards my AC unit was up and running blowing cold air cooling down my home. I would highly recommend Pinellas Comfort systems for all your HVAC needs.. Most of all their prices were surprisingly reasonable!!! You can’t go wrong with Pinellas Call comfort Systems, 5 stars service!!!

I was in a rather desperate situation, my air conditioning failed in October in Florida(very unpleasant). I contacted Pinellas Comfort Systems after a number of companies said it would be some time before they were able to assist me.. Britt came through with options and a price and schedule I could live with. There was no attempts to up sale and I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of because of my situation. Will post again after completion of the job.

For 18 years I've been trusting all my a/c repairs to Pinellas Comfort Systems. They are by far the best in the business. My service technician David T. was once again, courteous, kind and knowledgeable. He was very respectful of my home and property and that goes a long way with me. I will continue to recommend PCS to my family and friends, they are a superb company.

We are long time PCS clients- they installed our current system yrs ago after the other company we had installed parts wrong. PCS is awesome- all the techs are very knowledgeable & clearly communicate what they have done & what they recommend to keep the system running smoothly. Love that they call with an ETA & send reminders when maintenance is due. All questions are answered fully. Highly recommend! Very professional & trustworthy service.

Pinellas Comfort Systems just installed another AC unit for our condo. This system is our main system and the guys did a great job… start to finish . Don’t hesitate to use this company, they always do a great job and I promise you won’t be disappointed!
