Since a power "blink" the system seemed to be running in an inconsistent fashion. As always the office staff (Crystal) promptly followed up my online service request and scheduled a tech at the time I requested. Justin arrived, listened patiently to our explanation of the problem and went through the system to ensure everything was operating properly (pressures, temps, loads, etc.) Justin's calm, professional approach when explaining what he had found, continued to build the trust we've developed with PCS since the system was installed. While PCS had previously recommended surge suppressors to protect the air handler and condensing section, Justin's careful explanation and rapport building manner tipped the scales and we had the suppressors installed. We've had other HVAC providers over the years, but PCS stands well above the rest.

Pinellas Comfort Systems (PCS) did not disappoint. From my first interaction with Ryan for a quote to Tom and his install team my experience was exceptional. Automated messages informed of dispatch to our appointments. At each interaction, the PCS teams were friendly, professional, and demonstrated current safe health practices. Multiple equipment options were provided to work within budget limitations. No hard sell or up sell tactics. During the install, Toms team were willing to answer my questions and concerns. The workmanship was exceptional and clean. From Ryan donning shoe covers before entering our home, to a full broom clean of the garage and outside area after the install my experience was top notch.

After many companies failed, Pinellas Comfort Systems got my AC running great. They have all the knowledge and technology to diagnose and fix. A year later and zero issues. Did the service agreement and they keep our system running great with no up-sales . VERY professional. Highly recommend.

Ben was prompt and efficient. He started by using drop cloths to protect the floor, answered all my questions and explained the process. Performed the work and cleaned up after. The cost was what was quoted for warranty repair of the cooling coils.

My unit had been blowing not very cool air all year. It was to the point of being 78 in my house when it was 88 outside. I called 3 other companies who just charged me a diag fee and then said everything’s fine and that it can only cool so much. I got to my breaking point when it got to be 82 in my home on an 83 day. I called them emergency dispatch on a Saturday evening and they showed up in an hour. David T heard my concerns, let my husband follow him around and actually diagnosed my condenser was bad. He had one on the truck thankfully. Changed it out and immediately we had ice cold air. My house cooled down to my thermostat setting of 72 in under 2 hours. I signed up for the membership with them. My family of 7 is extremely thankful for that day.

Justin did an excellent job repairing my AC system. He was very professional and explained everything to me well. The company also responded quickly to my call. I've been looking for a new AC company and I've finally found one. I signed up for regularly scheduled maintenance again.

I have a GE hybrid hot water heater and the heat pump feature went out. The company came pretty much on time, diagnosed the issue and had the parts on hand to do the repair. You couldn’t ask for better service! I would recommend them!

I found that everyone we dealt with was extremely honest professional and knowledgeable. We worked with Techs first, Ben and Darias, both very helpful explaining the issues with our old system. Mark the Comfort Advisor was wonderful and so much fun. He left a portable unit for our bedroom so we could sleep in the Florida heat comfortably cool. Then the following Monday morning Mark called to see how our weekend was to make sure we were ok and to see if the installers had called, which they had not. He called them and made sure I was aware when they would arrive. Right on time, Ajay, Chris and Dave to the rescue. They professionally installed the new system and explained everything about it. I would totally recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services. Oh and I can’t forget, for our fellow veterans out there, they offer a substantial Military discount. We were very happy about that.
