I use Pinellas Comfort systems to service my AC annually and have always been happy with them. My latest experience was even better. My thermostat wasn't working and it was after hours on a Saturday. The technician came to my house at 9 pm on a weekend and got it fixed quickly. Very happy with them and their work. Will continue to do business with them and only them. I have been using Pinellas Confort Systems for the past 7 years. The office staff always; friendly, very much accommodating and professional. All the representatives that have come to perform scheduled service, scheduled repairs and after hours emergency service have been personable, friendly and above all knowledgeable. Our assigned Specialist his name is Jeff. He's trustworthy, thorough with his work and very specific when it comes to repairs. We have developed a good working relationship and Jeff has performed PM work even when no-one is home. We recommend the company for all lines of services.

I've used Pinellas Comfort Systems for about 3 years now and they provide great service. My most recent service was performed by Justin Abney. He was on time, courteous and knowledgeable. He was happy to answer all my questions and took the time to make certain I understood the repairs I needed to have made without pressure to proceed.

Our repair person was excellent. He explained the problem. Wrote up an invoice and fixed the system efficiently and professionally. He represents Pinallas Heating & Air conditioning wonderfully.

I could not be more pleased with the service provided by Pinellas Comfort Systems! They were responsive, helpful, quick, and got our A/C system up and running quickly. We needed a new fan motor and the service tech, David, was able to replace it quickly. He was polite, friendly, and took care of the problem quickly. I would 100% recommend PCS!

Bryce and Tom installed a new system for us and they were great! Very professional and personable and they worked quickly and barely even disrupted our day. Amazing! The system is working well and our air is ice cold! Also, everything was explained thoroughly. Great experience!
