Pinellas Comfort Systems

I've been a customer since 2018. They've installed my AC and currently maintain it. The technicians, manager, owner and reception are always professional. I recently had some issues with my evaporator coil and they quickly resolved it. I'm so glad I've put my trust in them. I always feel like a valued customer and recommend them to anyone I know!

I have had Pinellas Comfort Crew for my AC maintenance since 2001. They have always been professional, honest, and helpful. The service technicians , bar none, are on time, respectful and willing to go that extra length to ensure everything is working properly with the AC system. About 10 years ago I had PCC replace the outside unit and duct work and, as always, the job was well done. An excellent service provider who is trustworthy. Bill

Leland was the tech who worked on my AC. I wanted an evaluation of my 11 year old system. He did a very professional job and did not try to sell me anything. He described what the condition of my system was and recommended what needed to be done. He cleaned the system and installed a part that would have soon failed. I was very happy with Pinellas Comfort systems and plan to use them in the future.

Leland provided prompt, exceptional service while conducting our routine maintenance check and cleaning. He explained everything as he went along, including the need for some replacement parts. Regarding this, he thoroughly explained how much the parts would cost as well as labor costs. A nice feature provided this time by the office staff was an actual photo (via text) of the service tech we were to receive. A very nice "safety feature." We've had Pinellas Comfort Systems all along, from installation to twice yearly maintenance calls. They've remained consistently reliable.

This company is very professional and courteous. The install went really well and my AC is working the best I ever had. My power bill was literally cut in half. I would also recommend their service contract, it lowers the stress of worrying about clogged lines or drain pans filling with water and shutting down the system. Living in Florida you can't avoid clogged lines no matter what system. They do a great job!

I called in because my AC unit was not working. The lady who answered the phone & set me up an appointment was very nice & professional! Alex came out to diagnose my unit, and it turned out to be my thermostat. He was very professional & knowledgeable. He installed a new thermostat in no time and had by system back up & running! He’s fantastic! I recommend him & Pinellas Comfort Systems for all your AC needs!!!

Ray was very polite and professional. Arrived on time and did a thorough inspection and told me exactly what was needed. I felt very comfortable and would ask for him again. Didn't try to push anything other than what was needed.
