They were very neat with everything they did and they were on time. The workers that were led by Tom he was very knowledgeable. All were considerate and left everything immaculate.
The crane driver was also on the spot and very careful.
The system by Linux that we purchased is much quieter than the old system that was in this condo which was purchased in 2002. Now we are up-to-date and have the thermostat we like also by Honeywell.

I had a fantastic experience with Pinellas Comfort Systems! Their preventative maintenance plan is a fantastic deal to make sure my AC is running well throughout the year. My service tech, Ben, was great! He walked me through exactly what he would be doing, filled me in on the condition of my system and any problems he noticed, answered my questions, and made sure my house was exactly as he left it.

They went out to give a free estimate for my parents house for a bonus room for the ductless air system. When the technician got there my parents because I was paying for it would not let the technician take measurements! I have never dealt with the amazing customer service that your technician gave. Not only did he call me he called me again after and spoke so kindly and was so patient with my parents! I will definitely recommend this business

Larry and his team installed a new AC unit and compressor. It was a big job and they had to do a lot of extra work when they pulled out my old unit. Larry was extremely professional, answered all my questions, very knowledgeable. Mark sold me the unit and he took alot of time to explain everything to me. He followed up several times after the installation to confirm all was working to my satisfaction. I was very pleased with their service.

Did a great job! I was concerned before we called that we'd have to have the unit replaced which we couldn't afford right now, but our technician was able to troubleshoot the problem, explained what was needed, and got us cold air to get us through the summer. When we're able to replace, I'm using Pinellas Comfort Systems. I had bad experience with another company. Really bad experience. So I'm incredibly grateful to have found this one. No issues whatsoever. He was nice, professional, and took his time. He could have written our unit off immediately and we could have relied on fans through August, but he went above and beyond to get it going for a while longer.

Ray my initial service rep was very professional and explained things well. Mark is sales was very responsive to my questions and definitely went the extra mile to advise me on options for a new system. Alex, Josiah and AJ with the installation crew were highly professional and worked hard to get my new system installed just over 24 hours from my initial call to the company requesting service. OMG after over a month with no A/C waiting on my home warranty to get the part I needed, I broke down and called Pinellas Comfort System. It was the best decision I ever made! They found the part I needed (that was on back order) and now my A/C is up and running. Thanks to Dave for coming out and checking it out and a big thanks to Alex for being so professional and fixing my system!! He took his time and diligently worked on it. We have used Pinellas Comfort Systems for a number of years. They have maintained the system that came with the house and have installed our new units as time passed. They are reliable, responsive to our questions and concerns and are professional. They take care to clean up after their work and are respectful of our property.

Called Pinellas Comfort Systems for an A/C repair. They were professonal with immediate response. Ray came at 11 AM evaluated the issue and was done by 1 PM. Done, Fixed. Everything was explained to me in terms I could understand - with options and no pressure! Ray is very good in his field. I have signed up for the Platinum Maintenance as I am very satisfied with this family owed Company. And even made it to my work on time. Thanks to Ray!

My A/C unit was not working and I have an 85 yr old and 2 kiddies under the age of 10 suffering from heat. I called Pinellas comfort systems and Ray was dispatched for the rescue. Ray was at the house at the time he said he would be and completely took care of our A/C problem. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for professionalism and getting the job done without sales pitches. This is a great company!
