Have used Pinellas Comfort Systems for many years. Always professional, prompt and efficient. David was thorough, arrived on time and completed maintenance on my AC without issue. Highly recommend PCS.

Great service and very professional. This was our first service since Pinellas Comfort Systems installed our AC last year. Our service rep, Fred, was prompt, professional, and courteous. He addressed a minor concern we had regarding smells when switching from heat to cooling. He went above and beyond cleaning the outside unit which had accumulated leaves and debris.
We appreciate the folks at PCS and highly recommend them...especially Fred!

My AC needed maintenance and Pinellas Comfort Systems were fantastic! I figured I would be without AC for a bit but they were quick to resolve the issue. The office staff were so helpful and kind. Phil was very professional and thorough, he answered questions I didn't know I had. I highly recommend them.

I purchased a new air conditioning unit from Pinellas Comfort Systems almost a year ago, and today they came to do a complimentary system check/in. The technician, Josh, was friendly, professional and thorough. He explained everything to me in clear terms and recommended the type of filter I should be using that would enhance my air quality without sacrificing cool air. He even emptied the bucket from my dehumidifier that I keep in my garage! I highly recommend this company! It’s obvious they care about their customers, and they stand behind the products they sell.

The service tech from PCS - Ben - was terrific - he was very knowledgeable and has mu HVAC up and running after the fix. I have used PCS for over 20 years and they are great! The Service Mgr - Josh, the Techs, Wayne Kuntz and Greg Minton and the Front Office staff that answer the phones are all outstanding!! I HIGHLY recommend PCS.

Bryce and Alec arrived early in the morning to replace our AC system. They were both very professional, knowledgeable and willing to answer any and all questions. Their workmanship was fantastic. We are more than pleased with the new system. The set up is efficient and well placed. We highly recommend using them!!

Update: 06/13/22 Justin A. came today to check on my HVAC system. I can't help but review each employee that comes because I am overwhelmed with their professionalism, respect and knowledge. Justin has to be the best technician that has come to my home since I have been with Pinellas Comfort Systems. He is so knowledgeable explained everything in detail, fixed the problem I was having and allowed me to ask questions without making me feel bad for doing so. I cannot say enough about Pinellas Comfort Systems. This is the A/C company you want to have as your air conditioning company!!! Thank you Justin for your knowledge and respect. I would give you and your company 100 stars if I could.😊

Update:12/30/2021:Leland came today to do the 6 month maintenance. Once again, another employee who was very professional, very kind, extremely detailed and caring. Leland was very thorough, professional and made certain that everything was done correctly on my HVAC system. I can't say enough about Pinellas Comfort Systems they are the best! I haven't had a problem with my Mitsubishi HVAC mini split system since they installed it in 2019. Don't go anywhere else, your in good hands here.

osh came to do my contracted yearly service for my Mitsubishi Ductless air system. Josh was on time, gave me a courtesy call before arriving and was as always very professional. This was the second time Josh has come to my house and I have nothing but wonderful things to report about him. He is courteous, respectable, on time, always wearing his mask and protective covers for his shoes and very thorough when servicing my mini split system. He answered all my questions and explained everything in detail, in a very patient and respectable manner.
Josh (in my opinion) is undeniably the best service tech that Pinellas Comfort Systems has. I love this company and I'm very happy with my mini split system and with Josh being my service technician, it just makes my whole experience a five star review. If you are thinking about getting A/C service or a new system, Pinellas Comfort Systems is the way to go! I would highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you.

Fred Koopmann arrived and introduced himself. He was very thorough. He made sure I didn't have any questions . He gave me information on setting the thermostat and even let me know I could change the color if I wanted to! He asked if I had a new filter and put that in for me! All in all I am very pleased with this service call. Thank You, Darcy Costello

I have had various experiences with A/C and Heating repair companies over the years. Some good and some not so good. I wanted to take the time to acknowledge Pinellas Comfort Systems. They not only have reliable, knowledgeable technicians, they take the time to explain everything. They are happy to show you if there are any issues with your system prior to making any repairs or incurring any charges. They are very fair and are reasonably priced. In this industry, you REALLY get what you pay for! Their repairs are successful and don’t fail 2wks after their visit. I have used them for over 2yrs and their customer service and friendly knowledgeable team of technicians always get out to my home within a day. They have always been able to get me up and running when it matters most! “Comfort” is so important when you live in FL. I would definitely recommend Phil, Wayne, and the team at Pinellas Comfort Systems!

Within 45 of our call, we had a service tech at our door (David Sattele). He was very polite and able to get the unit up and running within an hour. My only reason for deducting 1 star is due the price, it was a simple service call. There was no major repair needed, just a tightening of some parts and the bill was over $200. Otherwise, very happy with the service and promptness
