Alex did an excellent job explaining what he was looking for and when he discovered what the system needed he repaired it on the spot. He stayed with the job til completed by coming back the next morning to update the system as well. Thank you so much Alex and PCS!

We have 2, 5yo Trane systems purchased from Pinellas Comfort Systems. Their service is excellent. One Trane system blower went bad at about 4 years of use. The other Trane system evaporator coil developed a leak at about 5y of service. Repairs are very expensive but that seem to be the market. The PCS staff seem excellent.

The folks at Pinellas Comfort Systems were great to work with, very professional and courteous. They installed a complete split A/C system, flushed my drain lines and tied the compressor down to a new concrete slab. The work product is excellent, clean up was outstanding and the guys were meticulous. All in all, I would highly recommend them and plan to use again in the future!

From the very beginning the staff was extremely professional and courteous. The sales rep Ryan came out and did a complete and through analysis of my hvac system, took measurements and took the time to explain every little aspect of my system and what I needed to make sure my home would be cool for many years to come. I called him after-hours a few times and responded immediately, that's what showed me that this company was one I could trust with my business and so I decided to accept his competitive bid.

The installation team of Alex and Larry was exceptional. They were extremely careful and took their time whenever they were dealing with the heavy equipment, they made sure not to damage or dirty any of my walls or valuables. They were very efficient, install was supposed to take all day and they were done in about 5 hours. Kudos to you my friends. After they were done with install they stuck around till I got home to explain all the nuances of the new system and how to properly maintain and use.

I can't say enough about Pinellas Comfort Systems, all around 5 star transaction. I recommend 100%.

David T was excellent! He did routine maintenance/ diagnostics on my air conditioner. He discussed what he was going to do before he started. He told me how long it would take and asked me if that would be a problem. He listened to what I had to say. He is very thorough. He talked thru what he saw, once he was done. He told about air scrubber and surge protection that his company offered. He was very clean. He was polite about coming into the house to get to the thermostat. 5 stars!!

Ray is a fantastic technician. He's really easy going, but really knows his stuff and explains problems and fixes in easy to understand terms. Gets along great with dogs, too. Would recommend Ray to everyone.

Every technician that has been sent out is extremely honest and friendly. They do not push for unnecessary upgrades, but will notify you of your options. I never feel pressured and appreciate their professionalism.

Pinellas Comfort Systems took my message at 7am. They called back 30 min later. A tech called 40 min after that. Tech arrived 39 min later and started working.

My A/C system is working again!!!! ITS HOT AND IM HAPPY!!!

Called my old A/C installation Company at 7am…..they still haven’t called me back 4 hours later.

Justin did a great job for us. He was thoughtful and informative. He explained everything to us and did not rush us to a decision. We have been using this company for a couple of years now and we highly recommend their service and installation.
