Joe our technician was awesome! Knowledgeable, professional. Cleaned our system and got us up and running quickly.
Alex our sales rep was also with Joe. Alex was just as fabulous as Joe. Took care of our needs and was very knowledgeable regarding our needs. I am highly recommend Fast!

We had Dan come by only a day after scheduling them to come in. We scheduled for 8-11AM and Dan came at 9:30AM. He was quick to help us with what we needed and showed us our options. Dan was very nice and courteous. The entire appointment took 20 min and cost $49.

He did a great job, and was very courteous. The only draw back was it was $766 to replace a small section of exposed PVC piping. I needed it done and he did the job right, but two other companies called later and the job should have been in the $200-400 price range not nearly $800 as it was such a simple fix with $20-50 worth of parts. So shop around.

We have used Fast of Florida (under a whole house service contract) for approximately eight years for all of our rental properties and they have always provided exceptional and timely service. We have used them for HVAC installation and servicing, appliance repair (shout out to Buddy who always goes above and beyond), and plumbing installation and repair (shout out to Spencer who also goes above and beyond; he just left one of our condos after doing extensive repairs, finishing at 9:30 in the evening and doing an amazing job). Highly recommend this company for all of your interior service needs.

My AC was out and my landlord contacted this company and paid the bill so I can't speak to the cost. But I can say that they responded very quickly and had a technician out the same day we called. Their communication with me with very professional, right down to an app to track where the technician was on his way to me.

Herman Chunn was the technician and he was very professional. Even put booties on his shoes so he wouldn't get my floor dirty! He explained what he was doing to me, and put everything away neatly. Highly recommend, 5/5 stars.

Hunter did an exceptional job from start to finish. He was very professional and personable. I felt comfortable having him in my home when he was finished, he took me through everything and explained everything clearly. He was on time and cleaned up everything afterwards. I would definitely. Recommend him!

A. Alvarez deserves the free lunch. He was professional and knowledgeable.
However, although Alex, who came out originally, was knowledgeable, he was not very good at keeping the timeframe he had given me. Seemed like I had to chase down the times. Had to call the office several times to get a straight story.

FAST of Florida did a great job giving me a hand with some electrical work that was out of my scope. Asiel Alvarez was our technician. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable with what needed to be done. The service was done quickly and efficiently. I know who to call when I'm in a pinch again. Thank you FAST of Florida!

Absolute worst customer experience of all time- run FAST away from this company. Between dispatch and customer service this company is untruthful and will tell you anything to make you happy and think you are being taken care of. They knowingly left an elderly woman without air conditioning for 3 days and pretended to feel bad- but they sure were happy to put in a new AC unit. Never again and others need to know.
