Herman solved the malfunction of the air conditioner very quickly. Before arriving at the condo he contacted me and after the inspection he explained very clearly what problem he found and what the repair entails. It was a pleasant experience and now I am reassured that the air conditioning is working properly.

Bryan was amazing. Our AC unit was a mess. He educated us, walked us through every step he was doing, didn’t take pictures of anything unless we were standing right there. He showed us comparable part pricing on the internet, walked us through ALL of our options and made us feel very comfortable about our choices. Everyone within the company helped us and assured us through the whole process. We have used FAST of florida for plumbing and appliance issues, too, and have always been happy with the work they’ve done.

Good outfit, been using them for years. They do good work and if anything goes wrong they fix it. Buddy is the best for air conditioning. Scott did our plumbing today and was very good. Dan is awesome with appliances.

Had Fast Service come for semi annual check up. Tech rep Bryan listened
to our questions & concerns about the conditions we were experiencing in our condo unit and advise us to consider adding an ultra violet air cleaning system to improve air quality & mitigate dust.
Bryan answered all our concerns professionally and we had him install
the system within same afternoon appointment.
Couldn’t be happier with his personal quality service & work and we look forward to years of improved air quality!

Roberto and his trainee Chris were very professional. Excellent communication during the visit.Very thorough while completing service tasks.

Harvey called to tell us when he would arrive. He arrived on time and performed all the steps needed to solve the issue. He was polite, friendly and well versed with the AC machine and the issues and solutions to have the AC in excellent working condition. He performed everything admirably and was precise and came up with multiple solutions to problems we didn’t know existed till he found it. He come up with the appropriate solutions. Excellent job!

Jacques and Dennis were very professional and quickly got our water heater replaced! The only reason I did four stars instead of five was the price. 😳Thank you
