I manage a portfolio of 20+ retail stores and this one FL location had persistent HVAC issues since opening.

Brayne T. has been an outstanding professional keeping myself and the head office informed with the repairs needed with recommendations. Fast of Florida did a great job and exceeded my expectations. This was not an easy job: they had to cut into the exterior of my house to access the leak. We have been doing business with FOF for almost 20 years. We were disappointed when our AC was not cooling that we were told that it would be more than 2 days. We were told that having a contract with your company would give us priority. That is not what happened. My partner (Joanne) decided to call and say she wanted to pay a bill.
Only then, did we get the customer service we were used to.
Please let me add that once we expressed our concerns, they did come and took care of our issues.
They were apologetic and listened to my concerns. So I will not judge them by one mishap.

Brayne (sp?) and Vinny were fabulous. Professional, respectful, considerate and efficient. Unfortunately, my landlord chose to not use them to install new system. They are top notch without a doubt, though, in my eyes. I replaced a system in Colorado in 2017 and it cost $6k. Estimate from Brayne and Vinny was $10k, and in today's day and age and costs of everything else being so high, I think $10k was a mighty fine price.

Our maintenance man, Roberto, was very nice, professional and informative. Great service. He also arrived in the beginning of our time window, which I know they cannot control, but was very much appreciated.

Roberto was stellar in addressing the a/c issues in our home. He was professional, thorough, and resolved the problem. He took pictures and videos, explained everything every step of the way and was polite, pleasant and competent. I would absolutely recommend FoF and Roberto with no reservations. It is with gratitude that write this…the job is complete, problem totally solved.
