Our LG refrigerator posted an error code ER CO. After some research we determined that we had a communication problem with the refrigerator which prevented us from dispensing water and ice from the refrigerator. As a result we contacted FAST and they dispatched Dan to answer our service call. Dan was prompt and checked out our refrigerator. Initially, we thought it was running and it was a problem with the communication boards. He ordered the boards for us and thoroughly explained what the problem was and said he was going to order replacement boards. He also explained our problem resolution could simply be rebooting the refrigerator which would entail unplugging the refrigerator and plugging it back in. The downside to this solution was that if we unplugged it, it may not come back on. We agreed not to unplug it until he had secured the replacement boards. On the 3rd day after the error code posted, we noticed the refrigerator was not working. Ice was melting in the freezer and the refrigerator was not cooling. Since the refrigerator wasn't working my wife and I decided we had nothing to lose but to follow Dan's suggestion to unplug the refrigerator and try to reboot it. As a result of rebooting the refrigerator, the refrigerator started working again. Dan followed up with us on the morning of day 5 to check out the refrigerator. He brought replacement boards with him. Based on his checkup, our refrigerator appears to be working well.
My wife and I really appreciated Dan. He was prompt and very professional. He took the time to explain the problem to us and with us developed a strategy to resolve our problem. When we did determine that the refrigerator wasn't working, based on our conversation with Dan we had a contingency plan. He also followed up with us as he said he would to ensure our refrigerator was in good repair. Both my wife and I feel very strongly that Dan deserves a free lunch.
Alex was my sales rep with Antonio and Josh as my installers. All 3 did an amazing job with communication, proper install, and the follow up to make sure o was 100% happy.
My AC went out at 7:22 and after my first call to FAST, it was running again by 9:15. Joe was very professional, quiet as he worked and informative. I was impressed with the response and the work.

Condo unit has 3 A/C - Heating systems. 2 were not working. Joe from FAST arrived exactly as planned and very quickly inspected all the units. The main floor unit was quickly fixed and confirmed operational. The lower floor unit unfortunately was more than 15 years old and needs to be replaced. I immediately received an estimate from FAST for my consideration. I am glad that I called FAST.
