PCS came recommended by a close friend, my wife and I have owned multiple rental properties and replaced our homes AC systems in the past and have had several AC companies that we've tried over the years. I was so incredibly impressed with the speed of service, the professionalism of the tech who came out to work on my issue that I felt compelled to give the review. We called late last night and left a message with the answering service (which was a surprisingly good experience too). I received a call back this morning from the office at 8:05 (that's amazing in itself). The technician arrived just before 10 am and quickly diagnosed the problem with a transformer on the air handler. Additionally he found the root cause of a wire that shorted the unit. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable, listened to my wife and I, and took the time to explain his process throughout.

This was probably the best experience I've ever had with home service company. The price was very fair, and I'd absolutely recommend Pinellas Comfort Systems!

Pinellas Comfort Systems gave second opinion about our residential A/C system. Their diagnosis of the problem was better than the company we had been with, the one that had installed the system seven years ago and had maintained it since then. The repair required was not inexpensive, but it was timely and professional and hopefully prolonged the life of the system, for which parts are still three years under warranty.

Pinellas Comfort Systems provided outstanding customer service and performed excellent work. Our technician, Dave was very knowledgable and excellent to communicate and work with. We would recommend this company and their staff to all!

On Thursday, 06/16/22- PM, AC not cooling down on a very hot day.
We are very thankful for Laurie from Pinellas Comfort Heating & Cooling
Specialists for sending out "Justin" after calling several companies
including our own personal company but no one was available on this very hot day.
Once Justin arrived he got to the root of the problem and explained that
the float switch tripped and the drain line was clogged and took care of it
to restore the AC cooling system.
Justin is an exceptional employee with a calm demeanor and offered the
Platinum membership plan which we gladly accepted it for piece of mind
to help prevent future AC breakdowns.

Ben was here within 45 minutes of making the call to Pinellas Comfort Systems. He was courteous, friendly and professional. Repair was made in a timely manner.

Ray came to check out an issue I was having with my AC system. He is very professional and courteous. Pinellas Comfort Systems always has a quick response time whenever I call them.

My a/c stopped working and I was frantic to have someone out immediately. Southern Comfort Systems was able to add me to the schedule and came out within a few hours of my call. The service tech, Fred, was very thorough and after inspecting the system gave me an estimate for repairs. Since the system was so old and the repairs were expensive I decided on a new system. Fred arranged for a Comfort Specialist to come out very quickly. Jeff R. came out and presented me with four options for a new system. Jeff was very patient and answered all my questions about each one of the systems. After choosing the one I wanted he worked with the office to get me on the schedule for the following day. The installers, Larry and Josiah, showed up the next day at the promised time and had the new system installed and running a few hours later. Everyone I talked with and who came to the house was courteous, and professional. The people in the office, regrettably I do not have their names, were also very helpful. I would have to say that this is probably the best experience I have ever had with an air conditioning company. I will definitely use Pinellas Comfort Systems in the future and I have no qualms about recommending them.

Alex was great in every way possible. He checked all the boxes. This company is outstanding . We are so impressed with the work , communication, reliability. We just can't say enough.

Kudos to Pinellas Comfort Systems! Bruce and Ryan were great in diagnosing what we needed and arranging to have our old and rusted Mitsubishi Split system replaced with a much better one at an awesome price. Tom and Steve were courteous, knowledgeable and efficient in swapping out the old system with a new and improved model in a raised site that should prevent the new one from rusting. I feel Pinellas Comfort Systems is a company I can trust for the best prices, repairs and service anywhere. Thanks to everyone involved! Fred was also great in our latest maintenance. 8-2-2022 - Ben and Darius came to repair our broken AC System in hot, hot August, and performed the repair efficiently , professionally and reasonably. Again, Kudos to Pinellas Comfort Systems and two of their excellent staff..

I chose Pinellas Comfort Systems because they had great reviews and so I called. Ryan, who analyzed my needs listened to what I wanted and made it happen. I bought a Mitsubishi Mini Split and he determined my needs and reassured me that it was a great decision. Also it's a 3rd generation business and they give discounts to vets so that's two more pluses. The two guys that installed my system were all business but friendly, knowledgeable and fun. The system is great and I recommend it and Pinellas Comfort Systems. 5 stars out of 5.
