Cox came out for my annual service today. I can't say enough great things about this company. Honest, great service with a smile. Jim had on his PPE when he came to the door and while working on the unit in the garage. Very professional! Thank you Cox for providing what is a rarity in the industry.

I had a mini split installed in my garage, and the process was the easiest and most pleasant experience with a contractor to date. The unit installed works efficiently and without issue. Couldn’t be happier. I will be switching providers for my HVAC to Cox from now on.

I have been using Cox Heating & Air for 30 years at two different locations. I have purchased several Carrier systems from them over the years. When I had a mechanical issue that covered the part but was just outside the time limit to cover the labor they took care of me. Thats why I use Cox for regular maintenance and my heating and cooling needs.

Zach and the gang at Cox, I want to thank you for your superior service in getting our new a/c system installed in such a timely manner. From my first call to Zach Moskowitz to my dealings with the saleswoman Kerri Ann (who was awesome) a day later when she came out to the house to lay out our options to the technicians Jason and Rafael - we couldn't be happier with the professionalism of everyone involved. Jason and Rafael worked their tails off all day Saturday (I don't think they even took a lunch break). Plus, Cox replaced our highly inefficient 16 year old Rheem system with a new 4 ton 16 SEER Carrier Comfort system which will no doubt pay for itself in a few years with monthly savings on our electric bill. Our air went out over the weekend and I was referred from a friend to call Cox a/c. I placed a call to there on call service department and they returned it very promptly. The tech Tommy arrived shortly after and diagnosed the issue, he had the part on his truck and was in and out of my home with in an hour. We were back to having our a/c in this hot miserable summer. I give Cox a/c two thumbs up and would highly recommend them.

Cox Heating and Air are the absolute best in the business. Top floor AC was blowing hot air last night, and they had it fixed within 20 min of being on site. They have done work in other family members homes and also friends at my office. Honest, on-time, always respectful and they know how to get your AC up and running.

I recently had a failure with my a/c and in the summer months of course this is the worst time to have a/c problems. I called Cox and they dispatched a tech after normal hours within 30 mins. He immediately identified he problem of a failed capaciter and replaced right then and there. The price was fair the time was just and prompt and the whole time it took a total of just over an hour from the initial contact. We couldn't be more happy with the experience and will use them again in the future for our needs.

Just bought an old house with a brand new AC installed last week by these guys. Called when it stalled, and they (Goni) came out within a couple of hours to flush about a century-worth of gunk from the lines. So efficient, pleasant and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

My parents started using Cox 50 years ago. I have used them since the 1980's. 4 years ago they replaced an old unit and I have them perform twice a year maintenance. Paula in the office is very friendly and technician Eddie is always upbeat and professional. I don't use anyone else.

We just had our routine AC maintenance service done and were very impressed with the excellent and thorough job Jim did. It is not often that we encounter service people who take pride in their work, willing to explain maintenance issues in clear terms and can do so with a sense of humor! Jim is a true asset to Cox Heating and Air Conditioning.
