Cox Heating & Air Conditioning

We have always gotten prompt and dependable service from Cox Heating & Air Conditioning, performed by competent and courteous technicians. Last week was no exception.

Cox is the model of customer service and caring for its customers. We have had a service contract with them since we owned our condo--about 6 year. We needed a new AC unit last year and working with them on the purchase was a pleasure. Sandy in the office is one of the best customer service reps you will meet. She and the company go out of their way to be fair with customers. All their service people are well trained and respectful of your home. They performed a regular service for us this morning.

We have used Cox Heating and Air Conditioning for the past 30 years. They provide exceptional service, maintenance, and customer service. Their staff has remained constant over all these years, which certainly says a lot about a company and their management. They are the only company we use, and I cannot say enough good things about them. I highly recommend them, and they should be your first call.

I called Cox to have them come out and give an estimate and the lady answered the phone didn’t even hardly say anything she just put me on hold and I sat on hold until I got tired of it and I hung up. It’s bad business.

Some years back our A/C system was running long - about 45 minutes. We were sure that was wrong and were guessing that we needed to replace the system. The Cox tech came out and thoroughly checked the system. He told us that he thought a new thermostat would solve the problem. We were able to get two more years service from this elderly system and are so grateful to Cox that their service techs are not on commission as I understand many other companies are. I'm on the board of our condo and have recommended Cox to others many times.

6/3/22 I wanted to add to my original google review about how much I appreciate this company! I called this morning to ask for a service call to be scheduled to check our capacitor, as we've recently been hearing a "clunk". Our service was scheduled for same day, and our scheduler was so efficient and friendly. We were called when our tech Drew was on his way, which I really appreciate! Drew arrived on time and promptly got to work not only diagnosing the problem, but even teaching me a bit about what he was looking at. I really appreciated it. He quickly fixed our issue and was courteous and professional the entire time he was here. I really appreciate this company, and wouldn't call anyone else.

Cox Heating & Air Conditioning has been taking care of our HVAC needs for over 12 years. Last year we had them replace the old AC unit that came with the house. There were some bumps in the road concerning the new Carrier unit but Cox was very responsive and quickly responded to get the new unit "dialed in" and running efficiently. We have had the new unit for over 1 year and have experienced no problems.

Service a few hours after the phone call. Drew analyzed and detected the problem of no AC/Heat activity. Fixed, cleaned out the switch and returned to normal function.

For several years, Cox has been servicing my AC unit and this year, it finally had to be replaced. My entire experience was amazing and I just want to publicly thank them for their professional, courteous and genuine caring service. Ruth and Sandy in the office are always pleasant and efficient with scheduling service and any other paperwork details. Jim and Eric are courteous and thorough and I trust their service advice and work. Mike was more than empathetic to my having to wait for installation and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort as best he could with arranging to have a loaner portable AC hooked up by Dallas for me to use to help some. I could have not been happier he actually cared enough to think of that. Joe and Justin were the installers who were prompt, professional, courteous and quick in completing the job. I felt I was in great hands with anyone else (sorry if I didn't catch your names) who had a part of the service, sales and installation of this unit~ Thank you, Cox Air Conditioning.
