I have lived in Florida since 1985 and hace used Cox it seems forever and a day. Not only are they pleasant to deal with, they are efficient as well. I can ALWAYS count on them. Their pricing is reasonable and their products first rate. I cannot say enough good about them. Every service technician or installer I have had has been terrific. Thank you for being the kind of company people really want!

Upon moving to Florida 4 years ago, we were looking for a reliable, quality Air Conditioning installation and service company. After using two other companies, I learned of Cox on nextdoor.com. I am very happy with the quality of their technicians and the courtesy of their scheduling people. We have since contracted with Cox to do maintenance checkups on our units twice per year.

Been a client for over 25 years, went through and still going through major medical issues. Supposedly had missed one service invoice during all this. Was put in collections, paid the law firm Cox hired. Was told by firm I was in good standing and current. Called Cox for a simple filter change told by Patrick shop supervisor "We are choosing not to service you anylonger!" Really Cox A/C. After 25 years! Telling everyone we know. Nice way to deal with Customer Service!

They installed A/C in 2005 and did a great job. Use them to complete repairs and maintenance. I had been given a quote of $85 to switch out the thermostat when they replaced the fan motor. When they new technician showed up the price went up to $147.00. Because of this only giving 4 stars this time

So far I’ve had them out 5 times in the last two months. My air system still won’t work well. It doesn’t get below 78. I’ve tried to be patient and understanding because the office staff and techs are all so nice. But at this point I have to go with someone who will ACTUALLY fix my problem witho it tons of expensive visits.

My AC died on me in the middle of the night, and I honestly had no clue what was wrong. I'm a new condo owner, and have absolutely no knowledge of air-conditioners and their repair.
Frankly, I was convinced that I'd be told that I needed a new unit.
Andrew from Cox came the next day, and diagnosed and repaired the problem for far, far, less than I imagined.
It's nice to know that there are still good, honest, and dependable companies out there!
I've already told numerous people at my condo that if they have any issues with their AC repairs, to contact Cox Heating & Air Conditioning.

Our 18 year AC unit final when out. Their representative Kerri was terrific in helping us with the purchase of the new unit. She took the time to evaluate our home to insure that the right size unit was being installed for our needs. They did this all quickly understanding that this needed to be taken care of as soon as possible. This is an absolutely wonderful company. Terrific staff. Always very knowledgeable and efficient. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing heating and cooling services.

A few issues with the unit since It’s only 2 years old however anyone who has come out has been awesome. Dan came out on a Sunday afternoon and fixed it quickly and was very friendly and professional. Thanks Dan!

Since purchasing my new ac unit from Cox Heating & Air Conditioning almost 3 years ago, I have been very pleased with their service - both with the new installation and several annual maintenance service appointments. For my recent annual maintenance service, they were very helpful with scheduling an appointment within my limited available time. My maintenance service technician yesterday arrived promptly at the scheduled appt. time and was very courteous and efficient. I like supporting a local family-owned business. Cox Heating & Air Conditioning has always provided me with excellent service.
