We recently purchased a new AC system from these guys. What a mistake! The system is not working properly one month after install. When I called emergency customer service, we were told we would have to wait 3 days in a heat wave. Very long wait times on phone (over 1 hr for two calls). My wife has respiratory issues and waiting 3 days is unacceptable!
Absolutely TERRIBLE service and we're so regretful for this purchase.
If you're looking for quality and good service, then stay away from Harp! Typical service model, they were so prompt with the sale, and terrible with support. Poorly managed - let the buyer beware.

Update 7/8/23
It's day 3 with our new defective AC system installed by Harp. The repair appt was scheduled for today between 10 am-2pm. Guess what happened? The tech never showed up! My wife called Harp and they said the tech won't be out to our house until later today. They didn't even call to let us know the delay.
Terrible service confirmed folks. Stay away from the people. What a nightmare!

Great experience overall, Mark our plumber was on time, worked fast, very knowledgeable and professional. Will definitely use them again and for sure recommend to others. Not only he performed his job quick and efficiently but he also cleaned up after leaving the area better than how it was. Including pictures of the before and after. Changed rotted cast iron pipe with ABS black Plastic pipes.

I received three quotes to have my central A/C and Heating system replaced. At the time of replacement my systems were running and presenting no issues but was well over 30-years old and due to be replaced. By my surprise Harp was my 3rd proposal received and provided the best price and warranty. Previous experience using Harp was for repairs and as though they could always get someone out to make repairs in a timely manner they were not always cost efficient compared to other companies. We were very pleased that Harp came in with the most affordable price. William.N was our comfort Advisor and was very knowledgeable of the products and provided a clear understanding of cost/efficiency/warranty. He was patient and professional throughout the contract signing and when he left I was very happy that we signed with Harp. We had a Lennox A/C system and Navien NCB 240 heating system installed. Day one of the installation we had about 6 trucks/installers arrive on the work site on time. One arriving to the driveway as early as 650am. To name a few that were complete standouts Joey, Josh and Miguel. I cannot say enough positive things about the employees of Harp to include scheduling coordinators Gail and Nicole. Understanding this was a very large project I felt I needed to be patient as the work was performed. However, I have feedback as I felt this job could have been more efficiently managed. As though installers arrived early and on time they found themselves waiting for the materials to arrive to the worksite. This job involved electricians and carpenters to arrive to get the work moving along but they were not on site that caused slowdowns and delays prompting the job to carry on for several visits. What was more frustrating than anything is for every visit it involved another set of installers and as though there was some notes on where other installers left off there clearly was always delays by trying to understand the scope of the work that needed to continue. Well today is my 4th and final visit to close this job. Once again I cannot say enough good things about Harp employees. Juan arrived today to close the job. He arrived timely but once again found himself waiting over 1-hour for the parts to arrive to the work site. Prior to Juan leaving he took the time to ensure I understood my new Heating system. Overall I’m happy but wanted to share my experience with the hopes that you would take serious consideration to improving the deficiencies with what I have identified as a very professional company.

My overall experience was amazing. The technician Courtney was very knowledgeable and very professional. He made this experience great especially with me being a new homeowner. He gave recommendations and opinions which I appreciated so much. He took care of my system like it was his own. He was so meticulous and comfortable working in the area and accommodating to our needs and request. I would love to have him back for our routine maintenance.

Adrian and Didier were wonderful. It was an extremely hot day but they didn't seem to be affected by the heat. They worked steadily and efficiently getting our ac unit installed in a timely manner. They were respectful, professional and friendly. They answered all of our questions and were thorough in explaining everything about our unit. If HARP has employee awards or recognition awards, please consider giving these two the recognition they deserve.

Made a late same-day appointment. Dave showed up right on time. No hassle. He was pleasant and professional, and solved the problem quickly. He explained everything to me in a way I could understand, and left me feeling very confident in his work.
Altogether, if Dave is representative of all of HARP’s employees, this is a top-notch company. I will certainly be using them in the future.

These days I’m used to poor service so when I get great service I’m blown away. Everything about this company far exceeds expectations. It’s easy to book an appointment, they keep me well-informed about my upcoming visit, and Lenny, the serviceman was punctual, polite and knowledgeable. I recommend Harp to anybody who needs A/C work.

I'm writing a review not based on their service, but the actual estimating I received. Their estimator came, who only took measurements then went back to talk to their engineers to get the actual system. The salesman seemed to know nothing about the systems other than describing them as "electric car, hybrid, and gas car". As an engineer who knows about heating and cooling systems it was disappointing that a company representative couldn't answer technical questions.
Then when presented to estimate I was given a childlike estimating sheet with no real details just "good, better, best" options. The prices written down were MSRP minus 10%, which is comically high for a heating and cooling system. ($18k for a low end high efficiency system. Several other quotes were $8-10k for better systems which is fair pricing ). Anyone who has done research would know that. Then when I said I was going to get other estimates, I was offered "if you sign right now I'll take 50% off". The shows that they try to take advantage of people who don't know better, and make them think they're getting a great deal. The used car salesman techniques are such a turnoff. I cannot recommend enough that people do their research and choose an honest an fair company that is NOT harp. Even if their install quality was amazing, I would not give them my business after that interaction.

The technician that visited my house was amazing! Absolutely amazing. I have a 8 month pregnant wife and expressed my desire to replace the actual AC unit. Technician went above and beyond to have me speak with a scheduler and I informed that person that I’d like a call back at noon so my wife and I can work out a time that would work best. ZERO FOLLOW THROUGH.
To summarize the Technician was amazing the follow through of a possibly larger sale by the business was atrocious.
I now have 3 quotes coming this week and will purchase a new AC unit with a company that can at least follow through with what they say.

We contacted Harp, based on a $99. A/C tune up offer. Immediately after I told the sales team that my unit was only three years old, they gave me a runaround with the appointment. I'm glad... after reading over 50 reviews, I consider myself very lucky. Who's responsible for regulating these companies?
