Absolutely the worst customer service experience I've ever had. It seems like no department at Harp has ever spoken to another department at Harp. We were scheduled for an AC install, no one showed up, when we called three times we were told "we forgot about you." Great start. When they finally came out, they couldn't actually hook up the AC because no one had measured the distance from the unit to the house and they didn't bring the right cord. Additionally, there was soot and small metal pieces left all over the basement, near children's toys. i was told an electrician would come out the next day to hook everything up. No one came until I called twice to finally get someone to come. In the following two months I called about a dozen times to speak to our case manager to get things figured out. I was told multiple times they would leave her a message and she would call me right back, and she obviously did not. It's as if either no one cares about their customers or they have the worst run business imaginable. Harp did pay for our carpets to get deep cleaned after they left the soot, and offered us a $500 rebate on the 10k job. We will never be using them again.

Brendan did an amazing job taking care of our AC in a repair/diagnostic service. He quickly identified the issues with our system, explained fully the issues that he found as well as the resolutions. The AC was repaired and running smoothly in short order. Saving us money on a more efficiently running system. Highly suggest HARP’s services. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you Brendan!

repeatedly canceled/rescheduled appointments. Did not arrive for the appointment within the window scheduled. Technician was unable to provide service due to physical inability to climb a ladder to access the equipment to be serviced - attic where air handler is typically located and dispatcher was informed when scheduling. The firm did not meet its commitments as advertised on its website - no same day service, no 24/7 service, in fact no service was rendered. When trying to reschedule a tech to provide service, the dispatcher and tech manager were unresponsive. A disaster of an experience and no service provided.

Vincent was fantastic! I highly recommend requesting him. He was extremely knowledgeable about the situation, gave me an estimate and was able to install my water tank the next day. He also walked through my house and explained each issues in detail with my houses copper piping. He answered all my questions and concerns. Thanks again Vincent!

Repair outside faucet:
Jose was amazing. He ran through everything with me on what needed to be done for the repair. He was extremely nice and professional. I will definitely request him next time when I have an issue. Thanks again Jose!!

My initial experience with HARP and the staff I worked with was wonderful! However, the recent maintenance AC Service Technician (Doug R.) that came to my home to service my AC unit was the rudest and most disrespectful staff member that I encountered at HARP. I was horribly disappointed in how I was treated by him. What an embarrassment to the company!!

I had a non-urgent problem with my AC unit. I was able to schedule an appointment immediately online. They technician arrived on time, was respectful, friendly and professional. He found and fixed the issue quickly after giving a full explanation of the problem. Perhaps a little high priced but....... service was great.

He was polite and on time and provided excellent service. We would recommend that our friends and family use HARP in the future.
