Joe is extremely professional and has helped us on two occasions. He makes sure that we are aware of the problem and fixes it in a timely fashion. Aaron did a great job explaining to us pricing for the service. I would highly recommend HARP if all of their employees are as professional as these two.

Had Joe and Aaron come to my house to repair a leaky kitchen faucet. They quickly diagnosed the issue and provided excellent advice. They informed me that my faucet was under warranty and recommended utilizing the warranty for a replacement. (Which I am in the process of doing) In addition, they identified a few other issues with the sink and provided me with a very fair and reasonable price to replace the faucet and perform minor repairs around the sink. Highly recommend these guys, and I am looking forward to having them replace the faucet when the new one is received.

Our furnace and a/c install today went beautifully. The techs are efficient and knowledgeable and answered all our questions. They redid some of the ductwork as necessary. The design team came last week, and now I have a top-notch system. Everyone is so pleasant to work with. We are 100% satisfied.

The saga continues.....after installation of a brand new furnace that took 6 days to get working. Evidently HARP"S new furnaces work for a week. We woke up today with the non functioning furnace.
If anyone at HARP reads this review....please respond. I have no idea where to turn!!!!!!

Day 10 with no heat. 5 of which have been with a bran new furnace.
5 days ago, we spent close to $8k on a furnace that hasn't been working. There have been technicians out every day (after a 4 hour wait time).
The brand new condenser tray was cracked, causing water to leak, and the safety switch shut down the furnace. Brand new pump that was installed was the wrong size for the furnace. Now, brand new heating inducer is faulty. We have made calls every day, usually more than once. It's just past 10 a.m., and my husband has received 3 promises to call him back, none of which has occurred. It's been 63 degrees, with a thermostat set at 73. We have spent every day in one room with a small heater while we've been covered in blankets.
I would discourage anyone from using this company. Evidently, their intent is to make a sale. That is their #1 priority. Honoring their warranty is another story all together.
I want it noted that your customer service reps on the phone were always polite.
Eric was polite, professional and proficient. Of all the technicians that we've seen in 10 days, he is, by far, the very best. If he had a heating inducer on his truck, I believe we'd be all set. He found all of our issues in 1 visit, as opposed to the rest of the techs.

Their website says they are open and their website gives a confirmation that my appointment is today from 2pm to 6pm for a blocked main drain. At 4pm, I get an automated non-monitored text that it will be in three days. I could have been using this time to find another more professional business. In the meantime, I'll pass on this one.

HARP will not stand by their shoddy installation of my $17,000 mini split system. We have had many issues since installation. This last repair that’s needed has been pushed three times. I have lost two days waiting for a tech to show only to be called after the appointment window 10-2 has closed to be told they aren’t coming. I will never hire HARP again. Once is enough.

From the service tech Dorian to the sales rep Shawn to the 3 install techs, Walter, Antonio, and the third I can't recall his name our experience was top notch. Dorian did a thorough check to be sure we had a cracked heat exchanger so we weren't replacing furnace without confirmation. Shawn was very easy to work with and gave us all the options available including 0% financing. When the installs guys came it was discovered we needed to have a scuttle hole retrofitted as access to our attic is small and too tight. Within an hour carpenter was there and gone an hour later having left absolutely ZERO mess despite cutting through plaster in wood lathe. He hung and laid down plastic and did a beautiful job. Thanks to all the crew that came out and got our system installed in such a timely and professional fashion. Would recommend 100%

Randie and Zach were fantastic. Our furnace took a lot of troubleshooting and they stayed past 10 at night to make sure we had heat. They communicated great and let us know what was going on the whole time. There were no surprises and they were extremely professional.
