HARP is amazing. The staff is top notch. They are professional and do great work. The technicians arrive on time and are respectful and friendly. HARP has done a boiler replacement, water heater installation, heating system maintenance, and A/C service for me. I trust them to be up front and honest and do a great job.

My Elderly parents called for service on their ac system. They did not show up. When I called on their behalf I was told they were called to reschedule. This did not happen. There was no call, the customer service against said we don't archive those calls. I would suggest never using this service

We hired Harp for putting installation in a new heating system and A/C unit in May of 2021. We have had number if issues during these past 2years... Custom service can't keep up with the demand for service . I have been canceled now twice.... First time there scheduled me 4 months later...We have had no problem with the technicians "When" they show up. Very dissatisfied.... I'm having second thoughts of using HARP in the first place.

First time ever writing a review online, so I am pretty upset.
I have been using Harp for over 10 years. They installed my heating unit and one of my central AC Units in my current residence . I have noticed poor customer service over the past year. The last four appointments I scheduled for service were all canceled.(3 for routine Maintenance; AC, Heat and water boiler) the last one was last night when I had a plumbing emergency when I called I was told there was no one available and the next available appointment would be on Monday. Today I received a call and was told there was an oversight and they had no available appointments Until later in the week.
I know of others, who have used Harp mechanical in the past and they are also noticing constant cancellations. It is unfortunate that by going corporate this company which was once decent, can’t even handle basic maintenance services.
The past year has always been the same excuse, they don’t have anyone available and the priority goes to systems that are broken. I guess my plumbing issue didn’t qualify for that.
I will be shopping for a new HVAC company for my basic Maintenance issues. I guess my over 10 years of utilizing this company or servicing my units yearly wasn’t good enough.

Zach and John where fantastic! They quickly identified the issue, fixed the problem and explained what happened. They were very personable and professional through out the process. I'll be doing more business with this company because of the people they hired.

Arrived on time, installed AC unit & repaired AC system in furnace. Worked efficiently, cleaned up all old equipment before they left. Explained every thing that they did. Made sure everything was in working order before they left the job. We are very satisfied with what they did.

I’ve never met such a friendly service tech! He explained everything thoroughly, explained what could be done later vs. what should be done asap. He was very respectful and professional. I hope he’s the one they send to check the furnace in the fall!!

5/10/23 a little over 10 days ago I received a phone call from Ms. Marissa, customer service manager. She wanted to talk about my post and concerns. I attempted SEVERAL times, leaving my work schedule, availability, hours, that she can call me. She tried to call at the hours I was not available. I made over 10 calls leaving in all calls my work availability hours, yet she continue to call at the wrong time. This shows how much they “care” about their customers. WORST BUSINESS EVER!
Schedule a service for my central air and heating system 3 weeks in advance. Received all emails, confirmations, reminders, etc. On the day of the schedule service I received a call saying that they overbook and won’t be able to go. I requested a call back to set another day and time. NO CALL. I call and mention what happened, also mention that is a routine service and that both units are working well, when they transferred me with dispatch and talking to the lady and explained what happen, she hangs up on me in the middle of our conversation! No call back, no email, nothing! Worst company ever, rude to end the call, rude to not call me back or email apologizing, I wasn’t disrespectful or gave any reason for the lady to end the call abruptly.

Dorian, our technician did an amazing job. They were very informative, respectful, professional, and timely. We would highly recommend them and support them in returning for further services we may need. We will be informing friends and family of their superb job, and recommendation to utilize HARP services.

Lance was here from 6:30 AM to 11:00 PM removing an old boiler system and installing new. He did a superb job providing me with a neat, well organized installation in what is a very difficult, very confined space — virtually a closet. He met the challenge brilliantly, locating the LPG boiler, piping and shut-off valves facilitating future maintenance. It was a long and difficult day for him so his tenacity and workmanship should be highly commended. It was a project extremely well done and I greatly appreciate him and Rohan for giving me such quality work. Lance’s and Rohan‘s professionalism is rare so I want to make sure they are recognized for their technical skills and dedication to quality.
