My technicians were excellent. My salesperson was terrific. Communication with dispatch and customer service left a lot to be desired. Given incorrect times and information throughout the planning process.

Used Harp and was happy first go around. Cancelled an appointment on a previous call and gave them a pass. 3rd time Cancelled 5 separate units that were scheduled months ago. next available appt for rebook was march with no explanation. Requested a call for rescheduling and weeks go by with no calls yet Harp sends out same day service available emails. Pretty disappointed.

I won’t ever call these people again $529 for a diagnosis..? Why isn’t that mentioned on the website..? Ohh that’s right if you rob people for $500 to show up then Tell them by the you owe $500 for me to walk around and call someone to help me figure out the issue . You got me and my family for $500 enjoy it ..!! It’s really sad . Do better..!!

Brandon was excellent. This is the second time he has been to our house, he arrived when he was supposed to. He quickly diagnosed the issue. He explained the cost. He did was able to make a repair quickly and efficiently. He also recommended follow up service to ensure that our problem does not return.

I would not recommend HARP. I ignored the other reviews and still called for repairs as we had no heat. I called on Tuesday 12/27. Spoke to a young lady that scheduled me for Thursday 12/29. On Wednesday, 12/28, I receive a call stating they are not taking hartford clients. So, when was this decision made? Why was I not informed of this first and not scheduled. I could have called a different place, as I stated we had no heat.
I was able to call a different place and was scheduled for the same day and able to identify the issue.
This js definitely not the way to do business especially when you have a family with no heat in the middle of winter.

The men that cane to do our HVAC were great!!! Informative! Gave great pointers to take care of our system!! I would highly recommend HArP!! I immediately noticed how better our system worked!

Been using HARP for a few years now, it's always been a "snake oil salesman" type of experience, however i have tolerated until now. Keep in mind my system is 5 years old...Zach came out this week to maintain furnace, stopped about 10 minutes in to show me some pictures of a "scratch" in the heat exchanger. Proceeded to tell me he was not trying to rip me off, asks me to sign a waiver of liability. Then launches into the options. Option 1 was 3500 dollars to replace heat exchanger and burners. Option 2 was to replace the furnace! And he still charged me for the service call without doing anything....Are you serious? Next day we had another company come out, remove all burners and show me there was no scratch, completed maintenance, and advised not to call HARP ever again. Also for those reading the review, check your invoice carefully, on mine it said "lead generation", which then resulted in a sales call 30 minutes after the tech left. Lead generation means that if HARP sells you a new furnace that tech will receive monetary compensation. I have a family member in the business so i am very familiar with that term. Just be advised to get a second opinion before doing business with this company.

I felt that the amount charged for the service was excessive. However; the individual who provided the services (Louis Feliciono) was outstanding-very personable, knowledgeable and went above and beyond in resolving my issues.

Showed up on time gave me two options one with a membership or one with out and the deals you get with having the membership pays for itself. It wasn’t a cheap job but they had my furnace up and running in a matter of minutes, great work good employee who knew what he was talking about very reliable. I will be using them from this point on as I took the membership.

We just moved into a new home and the boiler started short cycling and hot water wasn't stay hot . Courtney Ivey arrived and was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful to our situation. I'd use Harp again in a blink .
