Saturday morning, 4th of July weekend!
Now, try to find a plumber to fix the condensate drain line that broke in the attic and threatens to bring down the ceiling on the expensive washer/dryer below and inundate the clean carpet.
Enter Eric Crespo, who was dispatched by HARP on an hour notice!
He called ahead, arrived at the beginning of the time-window given, his van was clearly marked, he wore a clean uniform and clearly communicated the plan for the visit.
The repair was performed to my complete satisfaction, and Eric addressed other questions and concerns I had - including future preventative services.
Thank you Eric and HARP for being there when others were not!

After being sold on the “installation” being so top notch and professional, I quickly found out that it was none of the above. I spent much more than I would have had I gone with a competitor but did so anticipating the utmost detail would be shown for my extremely large purchase for my home. During the installation, this “top notch” technician team forgot to install the drain for my humidifier causing water to constantly pump on my floor and damage everything around it. When I contacted HARP they apologized and sent a technician to finish the job they so carelessly could not the first time. This technician tied into my hot water heater, causing a new leak. The next technician was sent who removed the drain, and changed the settings on my hot water heater so now I have a nice hole so water can more freely pump onto my basement floor. The manager was so kind to call and leave a message. I have called and left 2 messages and an email with no response in a month now. I wish I had never used the company for such a large expense and will never recommend or use them for anything in the future. My issues are still unresolved and I still have not been contacted by the company. STAY AWAY unless you want years of headache on a purchase that is the same as a car. Additionally I have logged a complaint with the BBB

When i called to have a tankless water heater installed they were so quick and installed within a week. It has now been over two years of trying to have it serviced and the appointments continue to be pushed back and cancelled due to “an error with our online booking system”. Customer service could care less about it and wouldn’t help to get me a new appointment sooner. Said next one is now February of 2024. Get ready for this if you purchase anything with harp and try to have it serviced…

There was a leak in pipe, the technician gave suggestion to fix and charged, but the issue was not resolved. For parts work $25 to $30, he quoted $300, which is greedy.
I checked and able to identify the location where the leak is and called HARP again, same technician came and said this is new issue. But the leak was same location and earlier fix didn't stop the leak.
He quoted $1500 for the work, which i feel very high. The problem is the technician doesn't have good knowledge/skill to locate the pipe leak, when asked where the issue, not able to explain in simple terms that anyone can understand.
Poor skill set, may be fit for simple works, not recommending HARP to anyone.

Back when HARP was privately owned by one individual it was a wonderful company to do business with. That is no longer the case.HARP is now a much larger company and their customer service has markedly declined. I had my oil burner cleaned in March (the end of the season!!) because twice HARP cancelled appointments at the last minute and were so booked with business they could not accommodate me sooner. I have a service contract with them for which I pay monthly, They collect my money but see no need to be responsive to my needs. Just today, I had an appointment cancelled for my annual servicing of my a/c unit, for which I also pay a service fee. I booked the appointment yesterday through their misleading EZbook..com. I was amazed that I could get an appoint t right away that worked with my schedule. The joke is in me, though. This on long booking spirals to be a marketing gimmick and not a customer service enhancement, The cancellation message I received today said they were booked out through May!!!Today is April 15. I just the office twice. Each time the individual answered the phone triages me to “dispatch.” No one in “ dispatch” answered the phone. course, no one in “dispatch” answered the phone, Back in the old days of HARP the customer service person who answered the phone was able to book an appointment for you. I am so disappointed in HARP. They are not the company they used to be.

Paul was very thorough and made sure everything worked correctly prior to leaving. He needed to make several adjustments and took the time to ensure that any existing or potential problems were addressed. He was friendly and knowledgeable and would request his assistance if we ever needed other work done.

I was very pleased with service from HARP. The technician, Chris H. was excellent. He was a wealth of knowledge. I finally feel like I understand my heating system! Hopefully, he can come by and explain the new system to me when I get one! The availability of quality technicians during this challenging cold spell was priceless. Even though we had to be rescheduled, I found the company's organized scheduling system to be very good. The detailed invoice was also excellent. I will use HARP for my HVAC needs from now on. Please don't change a thing!

I purchased an AC/heating unit mini split. The technicians came about a month ago, installed the AC heads on both the first and second floor. However, they encountered an issue with the electrical wiring and had an electrician come over. Apparently, they would have to drill some parts of the house to be able to place some wires and update the electrical panel. I’ve contacted HARP numerous times asking to have the manager assigned to my case to please contact me and provide me with an update of what’s going on. It’s been abt 4 weeks or so and as of today I have not heard from HARP. The unit split along with some other items has been sitting in my drive way. I called last week asking if there is someone whom I can speak too about this issue who is above the manager assigned to my case. I was told by the rep I would have to speak to the manager. How can I speak to the manager if everytime I call she’s unavailable and doesn’t return my call?I will be filing a complaint if I don’t hear from someone by end of day.
Update: the manager assigned to my case called that same day!!! Only to tell us that a sales rep would be contacting us within 2 business days to go over our options. As usual, no call from HARP (not surprised). I contacted the sales dept only to be told the exact same thing….they are waiting to hear back?! Hear back from who? What’s the hold up? I’m so ready to cancel and seek services elsewhere.

Scheduled an AC tune up, said they'd be there between 8-12.
They call at 10 saying they have too many appointments and can't make our appointment. Took off work for this 4 hour 'estimation' and they can't even show up to an app THEY SCHEDULED. Then they wanted to know if I wanted to reschedule for a whole month later. HA! So, what, they can just call me day-of to bail again?
I'll be using another service, I suggest you do to if you value your time.

Harp did a great job installing our split AC system. They were very clear about project timelines and project limitations and communicated clearly throughout. We were very happy with the work and the results.
