I had no heat and it was 20 degrees outside, 58 in my home. I called Petro and they were able to send someone that same day to fix my boiler (the starter was burned out). Great service and great repairman, thank you!

Everything is so bad
Over charging on the oil all the time, when called in for price per gallon pretending to be a new Coustomer, given me a much lower price then I was charged the previous day, on my delivery, when I called to complain, there where threatening me to cancel my future oil delivery and saying it’s a premium I must pay extra for there good service, (auto delivery )
I am so glad I changed them. Now I have Olympia fuel. The won’t rip me off .Dont get into a contract with them , very very bad and tricky people.
Wanted not to give them any star , but it’s not possible,
All the bad reviews on them , all true.
Never again and hope they go to hell.

Our burner was out at midnight. We called Petro Home for service. The technician came within an hour, and was able to identify and fix the problem, and restarted the burner within 10 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and explained to us the reason for the problem. Very professional indeed.

Great service as always. We had major heating and hot water issues before the winter started and they worked tirelessly to get it fixed!

A technician named Jeffrey appeared at our door in the evening to stem a flood of water from a defective furnace valve, and to repair the damage that was done by the water to the boiler's functioning.

He was competent, efficient and pleasant throughout his visit. I applaud him as an employee of Petro.

had an emergency service on a really bad weather day. Bill from Petro came on time, took care of all that was wrong with the furnace and also took care of our annual cleaning. Was very impressed with Bill's professionalism.

Thanks petro. Terrific smart gentlemen arrived two hours ahead of schedule on a very crazy day. Wore a mask and worked carefully and quickly to explain why our complex air conditioning system wasn’t working...all in about 20 minutes. Clearly a smart prompt knowledgeable professional!!

Last winter in the coldest few weeks of the season, Petro let us run out of oil totally.
Took an entire day for the truck to arrive with oil.
It was 44 degrees in the house for over 12 hours.
They delivered oil to houses on their regular schedule before addressing our lack of heat and oil.

This year December 2018, they installed a new thermostat only to come home after being out from the late afternoon until 9:30 pm to find a freezing cold house and the new thermostat Not Working.
At 11:00pm the service man arrived and said the previous tech had Not connected one of the wires correctly.
Finally fixed.
This is the last year for us with Petro!

The repair tech arrived early for his appointment on Superbowl Sunday afternoon and remained here until all of our furnace problems were resolved. Great people and great service.
