Do not use this company... Used to be a great company, don't know what happened... They lie... My peak was 3.76, oil per barrel is down and they charged me the same price for 2 delivery's...Any oil company you can in CT is under 3.00 per gallon... I strongly recommend people who use Petro to look at pricing elsewhere, you will see a big difference..

Form the time I called. Everyone was very professional and quick to assist me and my family. And it was on a SUNDAY MORNING:))).. the Tech was ver professional and quick on assessing and repairing my problem. 5 Star service

The Petro technician, I believe his name was Glenn, was professional and did a great job fixing our pipe. I am very pleased with their level of work.

I have been trying to renew my oil and service contract but cannot get to a sales rep after multiple calls.

Really bad. They used to be great with wonderful customer service. But lately they’ve been downright rude. They allowed my pipes to freeze and now I’m facing thousands in repairs.

Made appointment, came out same day. Started and serviced our boiler and got our heat on.
