The woman I spoke with on the phone was awesome. Her name was Donna, & she was very helpful in helping me sign up! They delivered my oil today & the guy came & cleaned my furnace! Excellent service! I was very pleased! I haven't used Petro in quite a few years & am happy to be back with them!! Thanks for the excellent service!!!

Anytime I call the 1-800 line they are patient and helpful. We always get notified when it is time to renew our contract and deliveries come when they are needed. Petro is the type of trusted supplier I need - I highly recommend them.

The WORST experience I ever had in my life !!! In all Honesty!! I reach out to them assuming are big company and they can deliver a good job , titrait wasn't the case , I want to replace 5 HVAC units , it took them more than 10 months still not 100% done yet , sooo many managers and no one pick up the job , keep bouncing me from manager to manger, one of brand new unit was deflected , at the installation they tried to replace the parts not replace the unit, I order 5 Traîne units they install 3 traîne units and 2 American Standards without telling me , it's really Creasy what I'm dealing with , and all what I hear oh I'm very sorry .. still chasing them to adjust some of them units and hoping I can be able to close the permit ! I definitely won't recommend them and I do regret to use them

Called for emergency service and spoke to Denise. She was so helpful and concerned about my situation. She told me that the technician would be at the house between 10 &1 pm. It was exactly 10 pm when he showed up and an e-mail sent 10 minutes before he showed. His name was Rob and he fixed the problem right away. Excellent technician. I’m very happy with Petro. I had to have service last evening to my boiler and a technician Jimmy came to my home. I want to thank him not only did he fix the water issue but he was thorough and professional and made sure all my other components were thoroughly working to ensure that I wouldn't have an issues in the near future. Especially with the cold months creeping up on us. Thank you for your service.

High costs: Service and maintenance agreement higher and higher. Fuel prices higher and higher.

We returned home from a few days away and found we didn't have heat. I couldn't get the furnace restarted so I called Petro around 6 pm .The tech was in my basement by 7:15 and quickly fixed the problem. We are long time customers who have stayed with Petro because of their excellent service department.

I interrupted my schedule and stayed with the technician yesterday. I left when he left and he said that the house would warm up shortly. 24 hours later and the house is freezing and I am worried about freezing pipes, I am waiting for your technician to make a nighttime call and I am greatly inconvenienced. I am used to better service from your company. Please fix things right once.

Regarding your response, there was no misunderstanding. It was not fixed when your technician departed from the first visit. Upon the second visit, it was fixed.
