This was a service call for no hot water. I was given a window of 3:00 to 9:30 pm. Tech arrived around 5:30. Very friendly and courteous as always. Explained what I noticed. Tech was here for about an hour and 15 minutes. Turned out to be a badly clogged filter and nozzle. Replaced, thorough cleaning of burner parts, now lots of hot water. Quick and efficient work on an older Dynatherm burner that needs a lot of TLC.

My water heater went on the fritz on a 15-degree day, and the service man arrived early during the standard 3-hour time frame. He (Bill) was friendly and efficient and had the problem diagnosed and repaired in well under an hour. I couldn't be more pleased.

Petro provides the fastest friendliest most professional comprehensive oil heating services in the area. When we first moved here from the City 11 years ago I did not think we would need 24/7 oil heating services. I quickly found out that little things can go wrong even with the best maintained system, and after a few years with other service providers we moved over to Petro and have had a flawless experience since.

The Technician was prompt, courteous and resolved the issue very quickly. He also pointed out some items I could do to ensure the continuous working of the hot water heater. We are very pleased.

Jim Yaeger has been servicing my home for years, he's diligent, professional and he never minds the time of night or the time it takes to fix the problem, that's why I stay with Petro.

These guys have terrible customer service. They have rescheduled multiple times. Finally when we got a tech out here they sent the wrong one and he didn't know what to do. Now we have to reschedule again with a different tech who supposedly knows what the plan is but I don't know who to listen to anymore. Stay away!

I cannot stress how important we felt after receiving such VIP care from Petro oil but it all started with Michael, the superstar customer service rep of the company. When I presented them with a challenge , Michael made magic happen By simply saying;”No worries, I will take care of that” and he did. Michael made everything better again and because of his dedication and selfless actions, Petro Home Services & Oil has gained another lifelong customer. Go with Petro, you’ll be happy you did!

What an amazing response from Petro specifically their technician Robert. He arrived before the window. My oil tank in by basement had started leaking. He told me what I needed to do and assisted me getting the right contractors in.
His professionalism is much appreciated!

Petro has never let me down! I have been a Petro customer for 10 and not once have they let me down! I had a small problem with my boiler yesterday. Petro got someone to my house before the appointment window. The technician quickly resolved the issue and we were back on line. Cannot stop recommending PETRO!
