Very polite and efficient service. Installed a new faucet in about 20 minutes.

ETA: These guys are great for both electrical and plumbing issues. A different Astacio tech recently repaired several electrical issues in my basement (loose wires, hanging outlet, etc.). The work was excellently done, and the price was very fair. The second technician was also friendly and efficient

I called Astacio to replace my dripping faucet. They called me immediately after I submitted my inquiry. The communication and appointment confirmation was great. Anthony was professional neat and on time. I requested Anthony to replace the fill valve and canister on my toilet and again the service was amazing!

Update: I recently had my floors in my bathroom redone and I needed someone to disconnect and reconnect my sink and toilet with relatively short notice. Javier and Karen in the office were great with making sure I had an appointment window. Pino and the other technician were professional, cleaned up the space and did a wonderful job re-caulking after they were done. Astacio helped make the project less stressful.

I had a huge problem this week when I suddenly had no hot water. I called and was so happy when Luis and his partner came. He had done work done me a couple of years ago and I just felt confident when he showed up this time.

To start... it's 85° here and our A/C is not working... for 3 days I have been trying to reach someone to service our unit... called multiple companies, including the one recommended by the manufacturer of our geothermal unit (the way we cool our house).... the earliest anyone would come out was 2 weeks from now, until I called Astacio-Sila.... no where did I see that they service geothermal.... but the gentleman who came out (the same day I called) was very knowledgeable about how geothermal works. My son used Astacio to install a traditional A/C unit a year ago... so happy I thought to contact them... could not be happier!

When our 20 year old boiler died without notice we called several HVAC companies - most could not replace the unit for several weeks. Ekaterina met with us on Thursday, she was amazing to work with and really knows her way around HVAC systems! By Friday at noon we had a brand new functioning boiler installed! The install crew was neat, efficient and friendly. We will call Astacio in the future for all electric, heating and cooling needs!

We moved into our home last summer and had not yet identified a company to service our 2-system air conditioning (the company we use for heating oil and furnace maintenance had a ridiculously expensive AC plan).
Based on a referral from a neighbor, we set up an AC service maintenance contract with Astacio. Less than a week before our scheduled maintenance, we came home to find a significant leak from the ductless system. Astacio managed to have a technician out the day of my call. Chris Sollicito arrived and soon put my mind at ease. He was very professional and I could tell, highly experienced. Ultimately, he was able to resolve the problem with the ductless unit through routine maintenance steps (thus no extra repair charges). He then took the time to perform the scheduled maintenance on the central AC system.
Along the way, Chris explained what he was doing, patiently answered my questions and provided tips to increase cooling efficiency.
What a reassuring first-time experience with Astacio! We’re all set for the summer and are so happy we followed our neighbor’s advice.

I feel fortunate that the weather was mild when my hvac system broke down. I'd had Astacio repair a leaky faucet and decided to continue to use them because I was so pleased. From diagnosis to financing to replacement of the entire system, I was all set after a few days. Servicing is already scheduled. The first time I called, I was treated with courtesy and encouragement. Everyone who came into my home was professional and knowledgeable. They were even careful that my cat wouldn't get out. I feel secure knowing Astacio offers prompt, safe service.

The entire team of technicians and installers from Astacio/Sila were a pleasure to have working in our house. Their workmanship and attention to technical details were exceptional. This install was done without any damage in the house and a complete cleanup at the end. The system they installed is so quiet you barely know it’s running.
