Astacio Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical

This was my first experience with Astacio, everyone from the person who answered the phone to my technician were so helpful and made sure I got same say service. My technician was awesome; he made sure I had the price up front for the service he was performing. It might have been my first time using this company, but it won't be my last.

The staff was very professional.
The work was done in a timely fashion. They were very neat protecting my rugs putting throw covers on top of them. The staff showed me how to operate the unit and thermostat. They were very friendly and accommodating.

I have a service contract with them (big mistake). I called them out twice for no heat. Maybe expensive off hours visit ( the one star is they did eventually come). They hit the emergency off and turned it on. Never fixed it and cannot get anyone to call back for over two days. They have 10 people in a call center who don't know the word service. They are impersonal and don't care about customers. Maybe this review will get them to call me. Nothing else worked. Use another company if you want responsive service to your HVAC needs. Since they have such a large organization they don't care about the loss of one customer. By the way they are not proactive with service contracts to come out and do bi annual service.

Chris showed up on time and was very professional and tidy. He also got along great with my dog. He systematicly diagnosed the issue and resolved it.

Juan and Hector replaced the condenser, air handler and thermostat. Juan explained the work performed and double checked their work. His priorities were proper installation, cleaning up the work area and customer satisfaction. Very satisfied with Juan and Hector.

Calverton came to look at our AC system today. A previous company checked it this morning and couldn't figure out what was wrong. Calverton figured it out quickly and I'm sitting in some nice AC as I type this. Super happy customer right here!. 5 stars forsure!

Overall home plumbing assessment and minor repairs. Excellent representative, very thorough review of all bathrooms, kitchen, boiler, sprinkler system, etc.
Would highly recommend.

Very professional. Listened to us about placement of the units. Cleaned up all areas inside and out amazingly well! Nice, friendly guys. Paid attention to details, even the placement of things that had to be moved. They were great!

I had a plumber, Luis, at my rental house within a few hours of calling. He did an excellent job helping fix the shower faucet that was leaking. He clearly explained my options over the phone and then helped recommend the best approach. I appreciated his straight forwardness and transparency. Will definitely use Astacio again in the future.
