I am updating this review as the owner of the company personally called and apologized for his workers actions and he actually refunded me the $700 I was charged on my card.
I hope he takes care of issues like this if it ever happens to any of his future customers .

Broke the room ceiling while in the attic looking for the washing machine exhaust and on top of that charged $600 for just putting silicone around the drain opening.

Very friendly and professional. Got my toilet fixed quickly and walked me through the issue and solution in a way someone who knows nothing about plumbing could understand.

The rest of the team that installed the new system came and spent the time tirelessly, from what looked like to me an old complicated system, completing the job, and cleaning up so it was cleaner in the area than it was before. I'm happy now to have something I can rely on and a company I can call on again.
Updated: I used Astacio again because I needed to have a pan placed under the washer/dryer stack that my condo came with. Evan and Kadeen came to the challenge, which wasn't easy. But they handled it tirelessly. Evan and Kadeen are friendly and professional, and of course, know what they're doing.
