Everyone, from the person who took my first phone call, to the tech that diagnosed the issue, then the consultant who worked with me on the new system, and finally, the technicians who installed the new system, were absolute professionals. These guys know how to run a business - and they know how to treat their customers. Great work at a great value. Recommend 100%.

I was incredibly impressed with the service I received! I had read great reviews about this company and was not disappointed. The service representative that came to the house was respectful of me and my property, was extremely thorough and communicated clearly what my options for a replacement water heater were. Before he left he gave me a written quote for the job, clearly explained the warrantees involved, called to see if the heater I had chosen was available and then called the office to schedule an appointment for the installation; not the usual back and forth! I was so impressed that I called the office immediately after he left to give him a shout-out. I couldn’t recommend this company highly enough.

I cannot find enough praise for Astacio. When others were not answering their phone or returning calls, or had technicians available only many days from now, Astacio immediately picked up, took down my information, and dispatched a technician, David. David was the epitome of professionalism. He arrived within half an hour, put on booties before entering the house, and went straight to work. He was extremely knowledgeable and forthright. Just when I thought customer service and professionalism were dead, I have a reaffirming experience like this. I highly recommend Astacio, and I strongly commend David.

Luis Quiceno from Astacio Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electrical was fantastic--he was in and out within 90 minutes, having replaced a part on my water heater. He and his associate were friendly and helpful, even calling the manufacturer of the water heater on my behalf to confirm that the part I had ordered from a 3rd party supplier, which was different from the original part, could be used for the model of water heater that I have. I will definitely use Astacio again in the future for my heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical needs.

Robert is the consummate professional. I had an emergency leak from my central air unit that had flooded the immediate area and showed no signs of slowing down. I called Sila around 11pm and Robert was assigned to my emergency. I can’t recommend him enough. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and cause of it, had all the equipment and tools necessary and incredibly considerate of my home. He explained everything thoroughly to me, including cost for each service and the pricing is very reasonable given the circumstances. I was able to go to sleep with peace of mind after Robert wrapped up. Sila saved my home from any further damage.

I knew the job would involve troubleshooting and they handled everything with such ease! They were explained everything to me along the way. I received and accepted a quote in late April and was told the install could start in a couple weeks.
5 Weeks of waiting for permits later (2 weeks waiting for a zoning permit that was denied, then 2 weeks for the re-submission and another 1 week for a mechanical permit)
I was told the mechanical permit was approved and in the mail and I would be called to schedule the install as soon as it was in. I did not receive a call the next week, and so I reached out on that Friday and was told I would be called by EOD.
Again I did not receive a call. Over the next week, after multiple calls and multiple missed call back windows it took till EOD Thursday to finally get someone to reach out.
Rather than setting an install date, I was told, they would not proceed at the original quote because the salesman made a mistake.
Their new offer was simply to remove the "mistaken" discount. I did not proceed with the install.

Edit 2: Contractor removed original reply, leaving my edit as I believe it provides additional info even without the contractor's response.

EDIT to contractors response:
1) I apologize, but do not regret my curses. The first thing you told me after a week an a half of not calling me despite being told multiple time I would be called back within a time window (EOD Friday, EOD Tuesday, End of morning Wednesday, EOD Wednesday, ASAP multiple times on Thursday) was that you would not be honoring the original contract. I was justifiably very annoyed at your company. When you asked me to refrain, I did so and did not curse on our call on Friday. My language does not change the facts of the situation, which I kept this review focused on.

2) The original quote did not include individual prices for the line items, just a total. I was not aware that these discounts had been included in the quote. The were just listed as "install". Since I was getting a dual compressor system I did not find it unusual that there were two line items. This issue was not brought up till 7 weeks after agreeing to the job. And I would be paying more for the job as I expected to get back that rebate. I do not know how you do not see this as raising the price by $4200 on me. I do not see how providing me the AHRI documents friday was useful or relevant.

3) The values don't add up for the line items. The rebate for the system would have been $4666.67 (1k per ton) not the $4200 listed and the instant rebate is $250 per ton or $1166.67 in this case, not the $2600 listed. These are easily described and calculated via the energize CT site. If this is your explanation, then your salesman apparently just estimated random discounts which sounds like a poor practice on an official quote.

4) You showed zero interest in making any effort to make up for the issue. Your only offer was to remove the mistake in your favor. I gave you multiple times to say something different. I do not see this as acceptable after your company delayed my project, was unresponsive and were attempting to change the price well into the job.
