Astacio Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical

Horrible experience. Have used them in the past a few times for plumbing but always a mess to get an appointment. This time though, they never called me back after multiple times calling and them saying they would call me back. They say their service is 24/7 but their service is very slow and not reliable at all. Even sent an email to them - no response. As a landlord, I need services for repairs. Will definitely not be getting them from a Astacio anymore. Had to call Root Rooter and had no problem with them!

They showed up and installed my replacement central air and gas furnace in a half a day. Both installers were professional, and did a fantastic job.

My second review of Astacio. Called them to investigate a water stain on a wall behind the bathroom sink. They came the next day, early, and quickly diagnosed the problem to be a leaky roof vent pipe. They dove in to the job in a corner of the attic, not an easy to get to or clean location, to say the least! A BIG THUMBS UP for Kadeen and Evan, my two 'techs. They had all the parts they needed in one of their two trucks too. What great workers, completely in control of their craft. I love this company.

John came on Saturday for our emergency and immediately knew what was wrong with my furnace. He left to retrieve the part he needed and finished the repair shortly thereafter. Professional, flexible and responsive
