Great tech, professional, explained the issue and offered a good value, but then follow up was awful, i left two messages via their chat plus one call over 3 days, and still no response on the follow up. I signed up for a maintenance plan to get benefits which I never got

Astacio Plumbing are THE BEST! Amazing service, professionalism, helpful attitude from the office…but best of all was Luis and his assistant, Evan who I called “the dream team!” They were so pro active! They fixed my shower issue then noticed other problems with the hot water heater that needed attention. They immediately went into action without waiting for a cue from me. I have never seen such professional and intelligent pro active work in any service organization to this level! They were simply amazing and made my life so much easier. I will ONLY phone Astacio Plumbing and Heating from now on! They get a ten out of ten!!!

I would like to give an enormous shout-out to Astacio Plumbing and Heating. I unfortunately needed a complete furnace and AC replacement at the worst financial time for me. However Rich Astacio, owner, talked me through all the pros and cons of the options of replacing one or both, helping me come to the right decision and Rich Didelot helped explain the options for purchase. Kyle was super helpful in understanding the issues with my current system. Once I understood my best option was to replace both the furnace and AC, and Jefferson and his team came to do the removal and installation, I knew I was in good hands. As a complete novice to this situation, Jefferson took the time to explain everything and then took the time to do it correctly. As a homeowner who unexpectedly had to tackle multiple huge home repairs this year, Jefferson’s attitude and hard work (along with his team) put me at ease. I cannot thank them all enough.

Super easy to set up an appointment and the technician was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Helped install two smart thermostats and the prices were very reasonable.
