John was fantastic and explained everything. He restored heat quickly and arrived in the earlier part of the time window. We called as a new customer in an emergency on a weekend morning and John had everything working by mid day. We couldn't be happier with him and his courteous professional service...!!

Luis Quiceno provided the best diagnostic service for me today. He was professional, knowledgeable, polite, and well-dressed and he was able to come a the company a day earlier than I expected (same day). Luis knows obviously know his stuff and offered several solutions to my problem. Asatacio | Sila Heating Cooling Plumbing Electrical has an informative and complete website and employs the latest technology. A human (Ana) answered the phone on a recorded line. Very computerized, they sent a text with the name and a picture of Luis before he arrived in a well-marked truck.

Freddy was very friendly and explained everything to me simply. Unfortunately I have to get a lot more work done than I thought but Freddy was very helpful and explained all my options to me. He even set me up with next steps!

We’ve been through the ringer this season needing to unexpectedly replace a boiler that was only eight years old. Astacio has been there from start to finish, providing a lot of hand holding and timely service. They have done EVERYTHING to make sure that our new system is running properly. This has meant multiple tweaks to get it right, but they stand by their product and their people, all knowledgeable and friendly.

Astacio and the plumber they sent (Anthony) was the best I’ve seen/used in years. I called at 8am on a Saturday in regards to an emergency plumbing issue that I was having in my kitchen sink. Anthony got here fast and fixed my plumbing issue perfectly . Anthony was extremely professional to work with and knowledgeable. Thanks Astacio and Anthony!

The two technicians did a marvelous service on my HVAC and solve a 12 years old problem. They were experienced experts in diagnosing and repair. I will strongly recommend the service of this company to anyone who needs such service. We are now at peace with heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems.

Brian did a great jog replacing our kitchen faucet turn off valves and installing a new faucet. He explained the options we had for the repairs and made sure everything was working properly to our satisfaction.

I needed timers set and a new outlet installed as well as restoring service to some area which lost power. Keven was the tech sent to our house. He was an absolute pleasure to spend time with, very efficient, arrived on time. When I next require an electrician, I will insist on Keven.

Hello My is John Colon, and I had a No Heat call into Astacio this weekend. From the Answering service, to the receptionist, to the mechanic John Everson. There all great at what they do. I am truly glad I found them. John texted me when he was coming, He arrived on time, He was very thorough, Work was done quickly and efficiently. Not to mention they could have charged me a great deal for coming out on a Sunday. I was really surprised, they didn't.
