Very quick to respond - same day service for a water heater leak/replacement. Good communication, the technician sent was professional and honest in what needed to be done and, more importantly, what did not need to be done. (Others kept insisting to update things that weren't broken)

Price was probably just average, tho much cheaper than another quote we received earlier in the day and with better warranties for their work.
The work was also finished faster than estimated... Good expectation setting!

We have used 1st Choice for tears and they been great Professional, good communications, reliable and fair. Not the cheapest, but they do quality work and meet their promises. If there is a problem they take care of it. We use them for all our plumbing, heating, and air conditioning. It is so nice to have one company to work with. I recommend to my friends and neighbors.

Frank was great, diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. Frank came out on the 4th of July to take care of our no hot water issue. We appreciate him, and 1st Choice!

Installed new water heater, and removed old water heater. Very professional and personal, cleaned up after job and put on indoor booties to keep floor clean, also covered floor while taking out old water heater, and bringing in new heater. Instructive regarding new heater. Pricey, but

Frank showed up on time to evaluate a leaky water heater and provide a quote on a tankless option. After going through the options I decided to cancel my other scheduled quotes and go with 1st Choice on a replacement tank heater. Frank was knowledgeable and professional and I knew 1st Choice was the right option. He and Scott performed the replacement and fixed several deficiencies with my old system. Great overall experience and highly recommended.

Frank did good work but seemed to have left in a hurry. Left his an electric drill. Didn’t screw a vent back on and took the screw. Left trash on the property including part of the outdoor faucet he replaced and his shoe covers. Makes me feel he wasn’t honest about what happened to my wood/electric line that he replaced via soldering.

Edit: electrician came out after the plumbing visit and verified Frank fried our wiring that now needs replaced due to fire hazard.

David our plumber showed up early, they texted and called to let me know was on way and was that ok.
Great service and took care of my problem, leaky toilet. Feel confident choosing these guys. Very professional and detailed. Peace of mind comes with quality.

I was traveling and our heater died, instead of putting money into an older central air heater. We were recommended to put a new one in. So we spent $6200 on a heater and humidifier. Here are the install pics. What a mess…. The air filter does not even fit, has line was not tied up, trash left in our basement, messy wires, and more to list. I am so sad we spent that kind of money with this company.

Update- I was able to get a hold of the owner they came back over for almost 5 hours with a different technician. The owner and the tech completely fixed everything. I really did appreciate that!!!!
