This company came recommended on our neighborhood app. I took a chance and called them. I was very pleased with my overall experience. Brandy booked the appointment for a furnace flush and Dave was the service tech. They were both great and easy to work with. I never once felt like anyone was being dishonest or “up selling”. That in itself was worth the 5 stars!

I had a leaky sprinkler shut-off valve. Brandon was clean, provided an accurate quote and did the work in the time he said it would take. I also had him upgrade two other older valves. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He also wore a mask the whole time and was respectful of distancing. Excellent experience overall.

Frank, chuck and Scott were super courteous, professional and speedy. They recommended the best propane water heaters (we needed two 50 gallon heaters) and had them installed in no time. We highly recommend these guys!

David arrived within the scheduled time window and was one of the best plumbers we have ever dealt with. Even after six hours on the previous call, he was courteous and gave us excellent service. We will definitely call 1st Choice for our future plumbing needs.

Needed my hose bib replaced out front and submitted a request online. Received a call in a timely manner, scheduling as quick and easy. David communicated well, was on time, friendly, and completed the work quickly. He explained everything up front, including pricing. Would definitely recommend and will use their services next time I have a need!

After my 12-year-old water heater sprung a leak and ultimately quit working, I called 1st Choice Plumbing based on a recommendation on our subdivision's FB group page. They were able to come right out same day, and the technicians were professional and answered all of my questions. The only negative was the cost for the new, tankless water heater. I decided to upgrade as the install of a standard water heater would have only been about $1000 less. The tankless water heater, labor, and getting some items up to new code, was just under $5000!

Our pipes froze on February 15 due to several days of continuous negative degree weather in Parker, CO. After it thawed out a pipe burst near our main. We called over 20 plumbers and only 1st Choice was willing and able to get out to us on the same day. When they arrived they quickly diagnosed the issue, repaired the pipe, and got us back online for the evening. If left untreated we would likely have not had running water for days, our family is extremely grateful to 1st choice plumbing and will be our sole plumbing choice for years to come.

Brandon, thank you so much for coming out tonight. My wife and I got rid of our Fakebook page a long time ago, so to leave a review on there I can't do. However, you can inform your boss that if I could, I would give you 5 stars out of 5. I am in a different service type business but I appreciate, maybe more than the average customer, when a technician is completely honest with me. What the problem is, what some of the possible negative impact may happen, how you plan on mitigating possible negative impacts, and what the best course of action is moving forward. I felt as if I was part of the decision making process, and yet you made me feel like I could trust that you had my best interest in mind. I cannot say enough good things about the service we received tonight, in an emergency situation that could and should have been avoided by someone else. If I know anyone who is needing plumbing heating or air services, I will be sure to recommend you guys. Thank you once again.

Brandon was great, with quality work on replacing valve to sprinkler system, and repairing drain pipe under bathroom sink. Super friendly and courteous and provided lots of good information regarding water and air filtration and products that can help.
